Looking at the man sitting at the Head of the Table Lei Xinyi felt a chill rush up her spine.

She knew that Yun Qianqian and CEO Li had been close accomplice since their childhood, even she was a potential partner for him before his engagement to Lu XInyi but he was humiliating her without batting an eye.

The man was beyond cruel she could see on his expressionless face that it didn't bother him at all.

Lei Xinyi felt cold sweat leaving her body thinking about her consequence if he will ever know of her secret.

”….67…68…69…” Assistant Ji voice echoed through the conference room.

Lei Xinyi looked at the woman trembling and weeping on her feet. She was hardly able to move after all the time she had kowtowed to her.

Lei Xinyi could feel the scorned gazes of people they were giving her, it was obvious they thought she would tell CEO Li to not punish her but there was no way she would. If she was in that position they wouldn't have too.

She felt bad for the girl kowtowing to her. She was on an uncomfortable angle; she knew it was hurting her but she did feel bad for her but not at all did she regret her actions.

Yun Qianqian deserved every second of it just as Jiang Qinqin deserve what was coming for her.

Lei Xinyi looked at them with a cold stare and smirked. Such people deserved whatever happens to them. It's purely Karma.

If you can think of inflicting pain on someone else you should be able to expect the same in return.

They are adult and mature enough to know their b*tching around was destroying someone life. So if the same is going to happen to them it is going to be well deserved.

Only give the kind of agony that you can take yourself….

If there was any other girl who wasn't as cunning and manipulative as Lei Xinyi, they would have thrown her under the bus long ago and who knows how many lives these princesses have destroyed already.

All through Yun Qianqian fragile body kowtowing while shivering, Li Yuan sat there with cynically expressionless face. Lei Xinyi had an urge to ask him if he was late for his meeting but held herself back.

”…98…99…100.” Assistant Ji ended the counting as hundred kowtows were done.

Yun Qianqian slumped there on Lei Xinyi feet catching her breath and wiping her tears. Then she tried to get up but halfway through her endeavor her legs gave out, wobbled and she fell again with a yelp.

Everyone looked at her with pity, some even gripped their chairs to stand up to help her but no one dared go against CEO Li.

Lei Xinyi looked at all the cowards, rolled her eyes and scoffed. She believed that her consequence was well deserved but being a woman she still believed woman deserved a gentleman behavior.

Standing up from her seat Lei Xinyi brought her hand forward to help her stand up.

Seeing her extended hand Yun Qianqian glared at Lei Xinyi with a best scorned face she could muster, by the remaining energy left in her body.

”Stubborn Ox….” Lei Xinyi muttered under her breath and took Yun Qianqian by her arm and made her sit on the chair Lei Xinyi was previously sitting.

Surprisingly Yun Qianqian didn't protest and sat on the chair still glaring at her.

Li Yuan watched all of that with an amused look on his face, then stood up and said, ”Meeting adjourned.” Everyone in the room stood up as well.

With that he walked to the door before halting as if he remembered something and said over his shoulder, ”Miss Jiang?”

Jiang Qinqin back steeled instantly and she rushed forward with an aggrieved look on her delicate face, ”Ye..Yes Sir!”

Her whole heart lit up with a tantalizing hope, she knew the CEO has always been lenient with and he had always ignored what she did with his disposable wh*res.
