A rare rest day -

is really rare! If you are in Kyoto, you can take a rest once every ten days. In weizeguan, you can only take two times a month because there are too few officials and too many affairs.

Because Wanfu's carriage followed the fish to kill deer. The carriage was called from the house of the house. When Chang Jian came out, he also carried a big food box and said, ”Lang Jun, this is a mutton bun just cooked in the big kitchen of the mansion. I'll take it with you and pad it on the road.”

Xue Lang nodded, remembering the magistrate of Weize county he had seen in the promotion of alien plough. He suddenly remembered that he had not been to the county since he had passed through. He simply said, ”Changjian, let's go to the county today.”

”Here it is.”

The county is a distance from weizeguan. It takes about an hour to walk on the road and at the speed of a carriage. When Xue Lang opened the food box, the steamed stuffed buns filled with mutton were still steaming hot and fragrant. There were about six or seven steamed buns. Xue Lang ate only two of them. Changjian and the groom shared the rest.

Pulling back the curtain of the carriage, Xue Lang looked out. At this time, there were more wasteland than cultivated land in Weize pass, and there were few people. If there were no garrison, I was afraid that it would be more desolate than that of later generations. However, every piece of land that can be planted has been developed, and traces of human activities can be seen everywhere.

There was nothing to look forward to outside. The carriage was bumping and uncomfortable. Xue Lang simply collapsed lazily. He was paralyzed and somehow fell asleep. After being awakened from his doze, he arrived at the gate of Weize county. The groom showed something to the guard at the gate. The guard saluted respectfully and then let the carriage into the city.

After entering the city, he asked the coachman to find a place to stop the carriage. Xue Lang took Changjian to walk slowly --

it was the county, which was only bigger than the town, and there was an extra gate. There are only two streets before and after the town. The county is bigger. Four streets, at least, it has doubled. There are street stalls, restaurants, and people shopping in twos and threes.

Compared with a small town, it can be called a street market. However, it is not as good as the scene in ”Qingming Shanghe Tu”. Xue Lang looked around and wondered if there was any excitement in Chang'an's market. I heard that Chang'an's market was wide and flat, so he was really looking forward to seeing it.

Through to the Tang Dynasty, if you don't even go to Chang'an, it's really a white ride! Chang'an is a livable place in Xue Lang's mind.

Stroll in the street, encounter interested shop, also go in to have a look. Naturally, there will be no good things in this kind of small shops. Most of them sell things that can be used in daily life. They are cheap and ordinary.

In terms of daily necessities, the people in the princess's mansion have prepared for Xue Lang, and Ma Yuanliang's wife has sent them, which is quite adequate. It's not enough because Xue Lang is not used to it, but he is a big man, just make do with it. Xue Lang is a man who pursues a stuttering and can make do with everything else.

After shopping for a while, Xue Lang bought a basket of spring bamboo shoots. When he passed the grain store, he also bought a bag of glutinous rice and a small bag of rice that had just arrived at the store.

”Lang Jun, further ahead is the cattle market where livestock are sold.”

”Go and have a look.”

In ancient times, a good horse is a modern famous car, which is the pursuit of many ancient men. Although Xue Lang was not good at riding, it didn't hinder him to gain insight.

In fact, in such a rural area, it is impossible to have expensive horse peddlers. In rural areas, donkey, cattle, sheep, chicken, duck and goose can be used.

Seeing the goose and thinking of the delicious roast goose, Xue Lang couldn't help but swallow his mouth. As expected, he should set up a stove in the courtyard to make roast goose and duck convenient.
