It might have something to do with the fact that the Main base was designed to be as comfortable as it could since it facilitated a person for a very long period of time. If the HSDC couldn't provide them with the comfort that they needed, and it would be bad since an unhappy person would certainly reduce productivity for the whole base.
Patrick opened the metal door that slid by itself once Patrick stepped on the doorway. Patrick walked outside of the living quarter. Once he arrived outside, the first thing he could smell was a diesel smell that came from the car that was parked in front of the motorway. It looked like one of the soldiers broke something in the Humvee, however, that person tries to repair it, but it didn't work and one of the soldiers started quarreling.
Patrick ignored that quarrel since it was something that both of the soldiers could solve on their own. However, Patrick had received another transmission from that main base. That transmission might contain his next mission in Panama. His best guess was that it had to with the king of Panama.
Patrick: ”Good Afternoon.”
Nathan: ”Good afternoon. I bet you have read the mission briefing that I have sent. If not, please text me again later. I need to solve some problems that those grandparents made inside of the base. However, I'm quite a confidant that you can do the mission without Lynn's help.”
Patrick opened his PDA and scrolled through the mission lists. There were a lot of missions that he could take part in. However, some of them was a solo job that only a glimpse of the contractor that could do it. However, Nathan's job was only a basic recon mission to the Panama canal. However, the description of that mission sent a chill down Patrick's spine.

According to Lynn's father, Agent Herring, there used to be a secret nuclear facility in the middle of the Panama canal. It was built during the Cuban missile crisis so United Staes could launch a counterattack in the event of its whole silo had been destroyed by the Soviets.
The ICBM silo inside the Panama canal should be more than twenty. Your job is to find all of them and report your findings back to me. However, if that mysterious squadron was right, there would be some shenanigans inside of the interior of the Panama canal. Ambrosia cartel would not like it if Patrick gained access to the golden king of Panama aka the ICBM.

Patrick accepted that mission and there was a Blackhawk parked in front of the living quarter. It seemed to be the Blackhawk helicopter that Nathan ordered for his mission in Panama. Patrick embarked on the ground using that helicopter.
”We are heading for Panama Canal, sir, enjoy the ride,” the pilot of that helicopter said.
The ground below was filled with trees and buildings. Those cities were similar in style to those houses that one usually sees around the region of Latin America. However, Patrick was too buys loading bullets to the magazine of his HK416. He didn't know what he would meet, but he was sure that it wouldn't be good.
