But would these two follow her suggestion? With their temper and pride controlling their mind, they would ignore everyone's suggestion.

Sigh.

Mei Li would give Ryn one or two days to calm down before she suggested this again. And she hoped, at that time, Ryn would agree with her.

She drove the car carefully while thinking about how to tell Jeremy about her plan. She did not want to worsen the situation. She just wanted these two stubborn kids reconciled back. That's all.

Finally, they have arrived at the hotel. Mei Li stopped at the entrance and let the bellboy take Ryn's luggage. She did not let the valet park her car, instead, she told Ryn to wait for her in the lobby while she went to look for a parking spot. Luckily, she could park her car not far from the entrance, hence, in less than five minutes, she joined Ryn in the lobby.

Ryn just stood quietly as Mei Li handled the register. She could not help from touching her phone in the pocket. Her heart was filled with nervousness and uneasiness. Suddenly she asked herself whether this was the right thing to do.

”Let's go,” Mei Li interrupted her thought as she showed the card for her room.

Ryn took a deep breath to calm herself. Then, she followed Mei Li to the elevator. She had no idea what type of room Mei Li booked for her but she trusted her manager. Her manager would choose the best for her.

The bellboy followed behind. He could not help from staring at Ryn. As he always followed the entertainment world thanks to his girlfriend, he recognized her as the girlfriend of Jeremy, his girlfriend's idol. He was feeling weird to see the woman here. Didn't they just announce their relationship yesterday? Why would she stay here when he knew Jeremy has a lot of properties around the world.

Had they broken up?

He frowned in a puzzle. Maybe afterward he could ask his girlfriend. But then again, this was related to his profession as his boss always emphasized on to keep all the information regarding their clients as a secret. They must not reveal who their clients and what happened during their stay to anyone. It was what made the hotel where he worked at becoming the first choice by their clients; the workers' secretecy of their clients.

He stopped when the women reached the hotel room. He was silently wondering whether these two were staying together and what was their relationship. Was the model a bis.e.x.u.a.l hence Jeremy could not take it and they broke up because of her relationship with another woman? Was this woman the third person in their relationship?

So many questions lingering in his mind but he kept quiet and just smiled politely at the women. Once the door was opened, he quickly took those two bags and brought them into the room.

”Thank you,” Mei Li said as she handed some cashes as the tips for the bellboy. She then locked the door and looked at Ryn.

Ryn sat on the couch. She pulled her knees close to her chest and rested her face on top. Her eyes closed tight.

”You should have a shower to freshen yourself. Don't think too much. Tomorrow I will pick you up for the filming,” she told Ryn after she pulled the luggages to the wardrobe but she did not open any of them. Let Ryn tidy up everything. At least she could focus on her clothes rather than thinking about Jeremy's treatment toward her.

”Hmm...” Ryn did not lift her head to look at Mei Li. She just sat there without moving.

”Even if you don't want to take shower, you should wash your face and brush your teeth. Ryn, are you listening to me?” Mei Li asked suspiciously when she saw her did not make any move toward the toilet.

”Yes, I heard you. Bye, Mei Li. Good night. I'll see you tomorrow,” Ryn muffled without raising her head. She just wanted to be left alone.

”Come on, Ryn. You should lock the door once I'm gone. I won't leave until I am sure of your safety,” Mei Li threatened.

Groaning loudly, Ryn finally got up and followed Mei Li to the door. She quickly locked it and turned back, forcing her legs to bring her back to the couch. And then, she sat back like the pose before; her knees folded to her chest and her face rested on top of it.
