349 Ryns little hobby (1/2)
”Ah... the stickers...” the girl said when she noticed Ryn's approach.
”Yes. Yes.” There was no sign of aloofness or coldness from Ryn, just pure excitement like a child. She reached out her hands and waited impatiently.
The girl handed a paper bag to her with a chuckle. It was filled with a new collection of the nail stickers, suitable for the upcoming Halloween. Of course, there were several packets of 'normal' nail stickers with three of them the one Ryn used today.
”Thank you so much,” Ryn cried as she shook the girl's hands.
The girl just grinned. Then, she watched Ryn skipping toward the exit after saying goodbyes to everyone.
”She doesn't look like a typical model. Is she new?” the girl asked.
”Our sleeping beauty? She just made a comeback after two years,” the hairstylist answered.
”A comeback? It doesn't seem like she has a break,” the girl commented.
”She is the kind of person who doesn't need to try hard in front of the camera. The camera loves her and she loves the camera... well, sort of,” the hairstylist replied.
”But she's quite lazy to post pictures in her IG. Did you see the one she posted yesterday?” The makeup artist chirped in, joining the conversation.
”The food? Emphasizing the meat, right?” the hairstylist asked with a shake of her head, bemused with Ryn's little favourite. If people did not know Ryn's real career as a model, they would think of her as a foodie.
Her appetite was not the appetite of a model.
As her interest was piqued from hearing the exchange between the hairstylist and the makeup artist, the girl who was from the nail sticker brand, quickly opened her IG account and searched for Ryn's account. Once she found it, she scrolled through the pictures as her eyes widened in shock.
This was not an IG account of a typical model. This was an IG account for a foodie!
”Just follow her,” the makeup artist said when she saw her checking Ryn's account. ”If you noticed, she's very lazy posting pictures. And I bet her manager is the one making sure she posts every single day,” the hairstylist said with a giggle.
”And I think someone else is holding her account as well,” the makeup artist rubbed her chin thoughtfully.
”I think so too,” the hairstylist nodded.
”Why do you think so?”
”Hmm... maybe the other person is Miss Long. Don't you think so?”
The girl looked at the both of them in a dazed. What Miss Long? Which Miss Long?
”... Miss... Long?” she choked out in a puzzled.
”Ah... you don't recognize her name? Miss Long is the only daughter of the Long Corporation. She is also Jeremy's little sister,” the hairstylist paused and looked left and right before leaned forward, ”The Jeremy.”
The girl's eyes widened. The Jeremy? You mean...
Both the hairstylist and the makeup artist nodded when they saw her face.
”And there is a rumour that Jeremy and Ryn are actually a couple but both denied it. They even held a press conference to sue Jennifer Lin.”
”You mean...”
”That's how we know how close Ryn was with the siblings. She is even the sole spokesperson for all their company's products,” the hairstylist said before she saw the time, ”I have to leave now. See you all later.”
The girl looked at the makeup artist, still trying to digest the information she just received. The ordinary model who looks like a child after liking the nail stickers has such a strong supporter behind her? And she did not even wear any branded outfit!
