”What do you think, Harry?” Ryn asked him.

”I… I would love to work with you in this,” he gulped to calm himself and answered.

”Good. Then, we'll do this,” Ryn handed the file to Mei Li to proceed. ”Is there anything more for me to decide?”

”So far, no more. I'll give you the info once I have finalized the contracts,” Mei Li gathered the ones Ryn accepted in one pile and the rejected in another pile.

”Cool. For tomorrow what time will you come?” she asked. Tomorrow she has a photoshoot with one of her usual clients. But first, she needed to go to her driving class.

”Around 7.00 a.m.?” Mei Li checked her planner, frowning a bit. She has a full day tomorrow too. ”Can I leave you to handle during the photo shoot and pick you up after youre done?”

”Sure,” Ryn nodded. She checked the time and realized she spent almost an hour here. ”If there is nothing more, I'm going back.”

”I'm going back to. Why don't I send you home?” Harry offered.

”It's okay. Someone will pick me up,” Ryn replied, already busy typing a message to Jeremy. She deliberately did not say Jeremy's name even though both knew Jeremy. She did not know the reason why behind this decision but she just shrugged it off. It was not a huge crime anyway.

”Oh…” Harry was unhappy hearing her words. Why did it feel like she was trying to put a space between them? He did not like this feeling at all.

Ryn reached for her bag and stood up. ”Anyway, I'm happy to see you're getting better and better. Remember to practice when you have free time and who knows you'll get the chance to go international.”

”Hmm…” Harry nodded. He waved his hand half-heartedly at Mei Li and followed Ryn as she walked through the door. He wanted to see who was the person who took his job to be her driver.

She did not realize his thought. She simply headed toward the main door, holding her yawn desperately. She could not wait to go home and sleep. Today was such a long day even though it was only around 4 to 5 in the evening.

”You're done already?” one of the receptionists asked when she saw Ryn. It was hard to see her in the agency. In fact, a lot of models were not that often coming here, only those who needed to practice their walk or those who have a meeting come here. With Ryn's status as a supermodel, they expected her to never come but every few months, she would come here for one thing or another. And she was so friendly, not even cold or stuck up like some models here.

”Hmm…” Ryn nodded. She made her way to one of the couches and sat there lifelessly.

”Ryn, are you going to sleep there?” another woman asked with a giggle. They all knew about her little hobby.

Harry took the seat beside her, watching her as she drifted to the la-la land. Who could have guessed the supermodel has this funny little hobby? She could just sleep anywhere but when she was working, she did not look like a sleepyhead at all. It was like she had a switch that she could flip around in order to suit her need.

It was five minutes later before a familiar man entering the premise. Harry's eyes widened in shock. Why was that man here? What was he doing here?

Jeremy was taken aback too seeing the other man. But he did not question much. He just nodded at him and at the receptionists before he went to the sleeping Ryn, clucking his tongue seeing how peaceful she was in her sleep. She did not seem to be aware another man was beside her. Or was she too trustful of this man to let him see her vulnerable side?

Jeremy did not like this idea at all. Humph… it seemed like he needed to discuss this with Ryn. She should not pull down her defence just because this fellow was her senior in the university.

He did not speak with Harry. Instead, he stopped in front of Ryn and leaned down to touch her arm. He shook her gently, ”Ryn, wake up. I'm here.”
