78 Chapter 78: Karma (1/2)

So the only outcome of these 2 groups is going to have to be either being beaten to a bloody pulp after going downstairs or having to do the exercises with the whole group despite they're hard-earned efforts to sabotage everyone over.

But for now, they are happily humming away without a care in the world.

Whilst the teams still downstairs seem to have caught on to what the 2 teams had done and started cursing at the 2 groups which went up.

Unfortunately, the groups need to prepare for the worse and each after grabbing 2 bags of dirt entered there dreaded stairway.

But before they entered they made sure to open up all the remaining bags of dirt and take the empty bags with them.

This way if the group on the roof had to come down to get more dirt they wouldn't be able to bring any back.

Ultimately after many hardships, the team who used the stairwell got up to lowest one of the 3 rooftops of the Confucius plaza and pooled all of there dirt together filling up the rooftop in no time with a thin layer of dirt.

But while they were busy filling up the rooftop the 2 groups on the top of the highest rooftop saw them and quickly became excited. They quickly took out the chair from the elevator and got in.

If they were to travel to the 1st floor now and pick up a whole bunch of dirt then when they could ride the elevator back up.

But upon entering the elevator they suddenly realized to there confusion that all the buttons were pressed...

It was a fuck my self kind of situation. There were only 30 minutes left and the time it takes for the elevator generally to reach the lowest floor would be 2 minutes with the elevator stopping once every floor for 44 floors they would need probably 8 minutes to get down there. The time it takes to load up all the required dirt would be about 5 minutes and to dump it out and spread it out on the rooftop would require about 5 minutes. Meaning they had barely enough time.

They quickly threw the 2 strongest guys into the elevator and had them travel down there using the elevator of nonstop breaking.

Thus for 8 minutes, they had to endure stopping on every single floor and waiting for it to close back up.

When they were close to breaking down from the constant stopping they finally reached the first floor.

But upon getting out of the elevator they saw something that messed up there day. The group of people whom they didn't let use the elevator had opened up all the bags of dirt while they were away and dumped it out on the first floor before taking the bags with them on there way up.

It goes to show that messing with someone has consequences and karma is a bitch.

Now they can't bring much dirt up at a time. Plus they are almost out of time.
