She asked the two who returned back with their life, ” How much force is needed to actually complete this task according to you?”

” Mistress Talia, I think unless we send almost all our forces, we have no way to deal with them. ” one of them replied.

This answer intrigued her and she explained, ” Ohh... Do elaborate?” She ordered him with a smile.

Although she had a smile on her face, he didn't feel at ease but felt he is closer to death than ever and swiftly explained his view, ”since we reached New York, I felt someone was watching us. When I discussed with the leader he asked me to be quiet about it, and felt it has nothing to do with our mission parameter. He asked me to ignore it for now. ”

Talia as an old ȧssassin knows what these words meant. There are many mysterious things in this world which can be used to keep a lookout.

” And you feel this has something to do with this particular ȧssignment.” Talia asked with interest in her eyes.

” yes. No matter where I go, those eyes would follow me. After reaching the mansion, I felt I have entered a monster house.

Everything there could end my existence. I have never felt like this except for that place. ” he said with a grave expression.

' that place' he mentioned is something only the senior members of the Leviathan group know about.

That place is the main secret base of the League of Shadows.

Talia didn't doubt his words for a moment, as loyalty is etched in them from the very beginning.

” It seems that young master Thomas is a very dangerous guy. Who knew that such a kind, energetic and charming boy will have such a hidden secret. ” Talia said with an alluring smile on her face.

” Mistress, are you sure he is the one behind all this?” He asked with doubts.

The voice of an old man can from the shadows, ” Indeed, he is a great inventor or so I have heard. Along with the arms trade and the unmanned tech he has, he is the only one who can turn that normal mansion into a death trap for someone of your caliber. ”

This older man ignored him and addressed the girl, ” Even if we don't have the guards to deal with, it will be difficult to touch that. ”

” and how can you be so sure of that, father?” Talia asked the secretive old man, her father, Ra al Gul

” instincts my dear, instincts. ” he told her, ” But enough of this boy, I need you to look at the situation in Gotham and start your plan to deal with that.

Gotham cannot exist, it has become a breeding ground for crimes and as the members of the League of Shadows, it's annihilation is our task.”

He commanded her.

Talia nods and didn't say anything but Thomas is someone who has been printed in her mind.

This Thomas has made her reclusive father become interested in him. There aren't many who have this honor. This meant he will be someone worth looking into.

' I wish I could meet you soon, Mr. Allens.'
