Lin Shuhua had expected that she and Xu Zhuya would start fighting. But she was surprised, when she got hugged by Xu Zhuya.

She assumed it was some of her tricks to make her fall into her trap, but, when Xu Zhuya caressed her back, she felt it to be real.

No one had hugged her like this after she had become an orphan.

Her parents left the world when she was in high school. Being the only child, she was devastated and became lonely.

Nevertheless, she studied hard and her fruits of hard work turned into success as she became a nurse.

Her job was looking after people, but, there was no one who would be looking after her, except for Wu Yanchen.

Everyone thought that Wu Yanchen was a cold hearted person, but the people who were close to him knew how much cold hearted he was.

Getting treated nicely by Wu Yanchen, Lin Shuhua felt happy. In this whole world, she felt Wu Yanchen to be the only person who looked after her. Soon this happiness turned into love and she fell in love with the person whom she was working with.

At this moment, when she felt that warm hug of Xu Zhuya's, she couldn't stop herself from hugging her back.

Lin Shuhua hugged her and said ”Thanks.”

Xu Zhuya let go of the hug and looked at her surprisingly.

Lin Shuhua lowered her head and ran away saying ”Take care of yourself, Xu Zhuya !!”

Meanwhile, Xu Zhuya was still surprised by Lin Shuhua's reaction. She hadn't expected Lin Shuhua to hug her back or say her good wishes.

”She is a good person.” Wu Yanchen spoke looking at Xu Zhuya's face.

”En ??” Hearing him, Xu Zhuya turned to look at him, more surprised.

Wu Yanchen explained Xu Zhuya about Lin Shuhua's character. ”She seems to be an angry woman, but she is not. She is a very simple and good hearted person. Once you know her, you will know that she is a complete softie.”

”I realized it as soon as I saw her. I was just teasing her that day.” Xu Zhuya while looking down. She realised that what she did was wrong and thus she lowered her head in disgrace.

Meanwhile, Wu Yanchen reached out his hand to pull her face up. He made her look up and said ”Now that you have hugged her, she wouldn't mind it.”

Xu Zhuya looked up at him and noticed Wu Yanchen's eyes. Eventhough he had a smile on his face, his eyes showed sorrow and sadness. She felt something when she looked into his eyes.

'How much had he suffered for his eyes to be like that ??' She thought to herself as she remembered him saying that she was his wife.

Seeing Xu Zhuya looking like that, he removed his hand from her chin and looked at the time in his watch. ”Let's go, otherwise you will be late.”

'Why was she looking at me like that ?? Could she have realized something ?? No, it can't be, I'm overthinking it.'

They both headed to the parking lot. Xu Zhuya was looking so stunning in that sunset orange dress, that it took the breath away.
