Lyn nodded, ”Thank you.”
Kazuya looked over at him, ”Hey, you two were together?”
”We went on a date,” Lyn answered for him.
Huh? Wait --- why did she say that so easily?
At that comment Kazuya's expression turned dark and he hugged Lyn. ”I'm sorry Lyn, I won't bail on you anymore.”
So they had plans? Did she do this to spite Kazuya?
”You better not! I'm warning you Kazuya, you need to stop leaving me alone.”
”I know, I know. I'm sorry Lyn, forgive me?”
'These two are so stupid.' Rhys sighed, he's in a bad mood now. Then again, it's not like it's either of their fault. The three of them silently made their way to where the carriage was. He made sure to park it at the end of the street.
”Hey, why did you give her that?” Rhys asked.
Kazuya looked over at the item with the crest on Lyn's wrist. ”Well, I'm serious about her.”
”Yeah but...”
”It looks nice on her doesn't it?”
”Everything looks nice on her.”
His friend laughed, ”You really do like Lyn.”
”Why are you so surprised?”
”I'm not that surprised. But,” Kazuya looked over at him. ”I was testing you, I wanted to know if you were serious or not.”
Is that why he disappears more often lately? Is this guy--
”Idiot!” Lyn exclaimed.
She overheard huh?
”Kazuya, what would you do if I told you I liked Rhys?”
...huh?
Kazuya blinked, ”Uh wait, has it really gotten that far? Damn, what was I thinking...”
Lyn reached over and pinched his ear and Kazuya yelped in pain. ”I'm taking you to my eldest brother after all.”
”Uh, hey don't change the topic...”
'Lyn cares a lot for Kazuya and Kazuya,' Rhys scanned his friends expression. He only has eyes for Lyn. Can he continue getting in their way like this?
”Hey Rhys, talk to Lyn. She's angry!”
”Of course I'm angry, that's why you keep disappearing? Are you this much of a fool? Believe in my feelings already or I will leave you first,” Lyn kept shaking her head.
”When you leave, go to me right away.”
Kazuya immediately panicked and wrapped his arms around Lyn. ”Lyn is mine.”
”I'm yours?” Lyn said with a skeptical expression.
”Yes.”
”Idiot,” Rhys mumbled. He saw the carriage from the corner of his eye. However, he paused. ”You two, wait for me here.”
Something is wrong..
It's parked in the same place as before but isn't the driver different? The old driver said he would stay inside the carriage and wait. But this new one is waiting outside. It's something minor, however... 'It won't hurt to be careful.' His thoughts broke off when he saw Kazuya heading over too.
”Hey, I can handle this.”
Kazuya nodded, ”Yeah, but I don't want to miss a chance to look good in front of Lyn.”
Rhys blinked, ”Huh, I didn't think you cared about that.”
