Lyn sighed and glanced over at Allen, his signature fake smile on his face, and he was speaking with the guests. Lyn just stood by his side, politely smiling and nodding. She is a Princess.

She declared that she would become Queen. That she intends to run for the throne.

Lyn froze when she heard the voice in her head. When she first started hearing these voices, she thought it was just a figure of her imagination. ”I do understand.”

”No, you don't,” the voice sounded disappointed. ”Is it tough to understand? For people like us, the only way we can find salvation is to devour and destroy the person we love. So we can be with them forever. Whenever I think of him, I feel conflicted. I love him so much. I want to be with him all the time. But at the same time, I want to destroy him. I want to see his blood…”

Ah, now Lyn understood. After listening to this person's words. It makes sense now, the person who is talking is her.
