Chapter 210 - Take those words back (2/2)

”What do you want?” Lyn said, annoyed.

”For somebody who did training, your not dirty or injured.”

This man!!

Reiji's lips curve to a smile, ”Unless you were doing another sort of training? I guess that's all your good for after all.”

A shameless man, she ought to just ignore him.

”This was the first time I met Prince Allen, but he's as shrewd and cold as the rumors say. If you're into an aggressive and dominating man like that, then I wonder how you two are in bed.

At that comment, Lyn turned around and walked over. Her footsteps felt heavy, but each step was filled with confidence. Reiji hadn't batted an eyelid and still looked like he was sleeping. But Lyn knew he was awake.

”Take those words back.”

”Oh?”

”Take them back,” Lyn repeated, ”I don't care if you insult me. But don't drag Allen down too.” Unlike herself, Allen has done so much for the Empire. He's an important existence. She won't allow people to slander him like this.

Reiji stood up, and Lyn found herself backing away until her back hit the wall. ”You know, I don't know why you're still talking. Do you want to know the real reason why the King asked you to come along? It's because your blood is of high quality, and your curse is something good for us.”

Wait; what?

”That's..”

”Your basically here as a bride candidate for one of us knights. Though if you ask me your more like food,” Reiji's eye color flashed a deep crimson red, ”So, do you understand? Quit acting all entitled. It makes me sick. Your purpose here is simply to serve us, even if we don't train you - the King won't notice at all.”

Such a cold person. He may be indifferent and lazy. But Lyn could see it, deep pain in his eyes. This person has probably suffered a lot of things for him to say such cruel words. For him to hate somebody, they just met.

However, just because he is in pain doesn't mean he has the right to insult an innocent person. Lyn looked up at him, their eyes met. Such a deep crimson and she can sense it. Blood l.u.s.t and the eyes of a beast. Is she the same as them? Whether or not that's the truth, Lyn would not dwell on it for now, not because she is running away but because she has something to do.

”Take those words back,” Lyn remained firm with her words.

Reiji brought his lips to her ear, and Lyn flinched. Is he going to try something like Leo did? After a few minutes had passed; however, Lyn noticed that he didn't do anything.

”This is stupid,” Reiji murmured and pulled away from her. ”Princess Lyn, if you don't want to be swallowed whole, I could give you some advice. But you'll have to pay for it.”

Recalling the words he just whispered in her ear, Lyn shot him a harsh glare, ”I don't need your advice!!”

The Snow Kingdom Knights, she already had a bad impression of Leo but now even this guy. They make her so angry.
