She stops kneading my chest as she ponders for a second. She eventually responds with this.

”???? I'm fine with that. We can't have children between the two of us and he is much better than that disgusting King. He acts nice on the outside but in reality he is the type to force married women into his bed. Luckily he stopped trying to mess with us after I had a 'talk' with him.” Wetho

.... Royalty are required to produce children. I'm still young and have a few siblings that are still alive so I haven't felt that pressure yet. Wetho is strong and can fight any pressure that her family puts on her about having children but, I'm not. This is part of the reason we wanted to go along with the conversion as well as why we want to convert all of our species in this pocket. At that point Gin would become a supreme ruler and I can escape this pressure that my family will force onto me just by asking him.

Wetho did volunteer to help against the pressure but, that wouldn't work..... So this situation is a real blessing. Perhaps after it's all over we can join Inival as assistants to him. It would be a lot less stressful, more free, and more satisfying than this job.....

It's decided. For that saint we will bring this country under his control and then retire. I want to be as selfish and carefree as possible and that nest would be the best place. A place were I can be 'myself'~.

Gin POV-

For some reason I feel like a lot of troublesome things are going to happen. Vulki is a prophet right? Why does she never tell me about anything troublesome that'll happen. She has only used it to tell me when someone is coming. I know that ability can't be activated purposely but, still.....

Apparently Ravel and Wetho came by to tell us that they will be ready to invade in a few days and wanted to ask us for a few things. First off, they needed to borrow Farblight and Drun who were free so that's fine. Next they wanted to have a huge number of spiderlings delivered to the border. Most of the spiderlings are spread throughout the theocracy. Most of the drow know about these 'docile' spider monsters that are being used by the religious factions as labour. I borrow a good number to them.

Why? Well because I plan on joining them. I realise that I may be endangering myself but, I need to grow stronger. Leveling can increase power. However, that doesn't mean that I will do well in a fight. I learned from my spars and practice with Inival and Drun that I am still weak and need plenty of protection. So, I plan on staying safe by bringing Inival, Set, Xelu and Nemesis along with a massive horde, leaving the other broodmothers to defend the nest. Inival and Set will act as personal bodyguards while Xelu and Nemesis(mainly Nemesis) will direct the flow of forces to keep danger away from us.
