\u003cPassages from the Zyn Ve'r Bestiary- Hybrids are very unstable individuals. Most don't live very long and are usually the result of a magical accident. The most famous ones such as chimeras and basilisks are more stable due to having multiple heads. This is due to their minds being properly segmented.

For example, a basilisk has a chicken head that holds the desires and traits of a chicken while the snake head holds their own. Instability arises when one mind holds both, resulting in a choatic mess where the original traits and desires are distorted. Despite that, sometimes when the component entities are compatible enough, terrifying beings are born.

The worst of these high-compatibility hybrids that has ever appeared was one formed from a spider and a human. No, not an arachne, something much worse. The monster that devoured the entire hell of gluttony. The one that births countless children that she feeds upon. The owner of 'The Pantry'.

... These aspects are.... Quite different.... Nothing pleasant here. I have a bad feeling on this next one. Well, lets look over the aspects. Disease is a very terrible force and may affect me as well so that's crossed off. Eldritch is kind of.... Unknown.... Brings up images of teeth, eyes, tentacles, and twisted thorns. Corruption is even more unknown than eldritch. Something that continuously advances and converts. Might have the same issue as disease and effects me.....

Eldritch I guess....

When I picked eldritch, blood started to flow from nowhere, building up into a clumpy pile of red gel. It's roughly about 4 meters tall and wide. Out of one of the clumps a face similar to the varient harpies appears with a huge grin on its face forcing its eyes to squint..... I just wanted a flying force....

The gel like mass grew out different things to use as limbs. Arms, thorns, tentacles..... 8 total.... Does this even count as an arachnid at this point? It also grew out a large white feathery wing and a small malformed bat wing...

'Flying force?'

”Yeeeuuurggg mashta” abomination

Suddenly a huge amount of gel clumps rise from the ground and start growing out limbs, faces, and wings and they take off and fly around...

Ahhh.....

.....

I'm glad I have steel mind, otherwise I think I might have had my brain fry at this point. I think there might be a certain aura of horror being generated from these guys..... Yeeeurrg Mashta? Wait, she can talk?!?!

Time for a name huh.... Eldritch....maybe Oc'thugni or Cthuild'endos.... Need something more simple.... Xelu.
