”They already posted a new article about us,” Anna said as she reads the newly posted article about her and Kyle. A day hasn't yet passed by, and a journalist decided to make an article about them right away.

Although the journalists who post these types of articles are not like any of her family's enemies waiting to kill them, it is still scary. She views it that way because those journalists who are eyeing on her family's daily activities are everywhere.

She can't even do things that she wants to do because of their prying eyes. She's afraid that if she does one thing that can create a misunderstanding, they will be writing another article about her, and people will talk badly about her.

Luckily, she does not care if people talk badly about her, but since she carries her family name, it's forcing her to act like a perfect doll in front of the public.

”I understand that some journalists are annoying because of their nosiness, but I don't mind them writing one good content about us. It makes things easier for me.” Wanting the world to know about him and Anna is what Kyle is letting those journalists do. He didn't even have to pay a single cent to make those people write an article about him and Anna.

”Easier for you? You make it sound so hard to announce that we're in a relationship.” Anna revealed a teasing smile at Kyle. She knows what he is trying to hint at, but she can't help herself but make such a comment.

”Well, right now, I really can't announce what we both have because of your father. But with our nosy journalists who keep on writing good content about us, it will be much easier for you and me both in the near future.” In the near future that Kyle is talking about, he is saying that when they announce their relationship in public, they don't have to put too much explanation because everything has already been on an article.

”Speaking of my father, I'm sorry about the way he acted earlier. He should not have treated you as if you're not part of the family.”

Kyle is shocked to hear the last part of Anna's sentence. He didn't expect her to say that to him.

Is he part of her family now? Does that mean that his future with Anna is secure?

Anna kept talking on how her father should have treated Kyle earlier, but when she noticed that Kyle wasn't listening to her, she stopped and waved her hand in front of his face. ”Hey, earth to Kyle! Don't you think it's rude that you're not listening to me?”

”Oh. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to do that. I was just deep in thought about what you said earlier.”

”What I said earlier? Which part?”

”The part that you said I'm part of your family now. I'm flattered.” It's not like him to act like this, but Kyle feels embarrassed now that he says it aloud.

Anna stared at how adorable Kyle is right now. As much as she wants to hug Kyle tightly in her arms now, she has to restrain herself.

She took control of herself and said, ”How can I not think of you like that, hmm? Ever since I said yes to you, you are already part of my family. As for my mom, even though she thinks that you are still courting me, I'm sure she thinks of you as one of our family members too.”

Anna can already imagine the reaction her mother will have once she tells her about the relationship between her and Kyle. Before Kyle mentioned that her father should be the first one to know about their relationship, Anna thought that she should be the first one. Her mother has always been beside her since she was still in her belly, and Anna believes that it would be unfair for her mother to know about her relationship with Kyle last. But what Anna can do? Getting their blessings from her father is the most challenging part they will ever face. As for her mother, since day one, she has already accepted Kyle.

Kyle smiled. ”Although the flow of things is slow, it's enough for me. I don't want to get greedy and lose it all in one go when I make one terrible mistake.” Right now, Kyle felt that everything is so calm. With that calmness, he is afraid that the worst is going to arrive soon. Kyle is worried about the future, but Kyle doesn't want to talk about it with Anna just yet. He is not even sure if what he is feeling is accurate or not.

Sometimes, when he is feeling this restless, the people he wants to talk to is his friends, Zedrick and Erik. Those two may be the most annoying people in his life, but they are the best listeners. They might tease him once he tells them his worries, but he is sure that when they get serious, they do give some helpful advice.
