Chapter 392 - Revenge 393: Zen Deserves It (1/2)
[Hours before the present time]
The first one to leave the school ground was Anna and her family, while Nathalia and the others were left to deal with Elizabeth.
”Is it just me or Kyle Robertson is looking at me with the intent of murdering me.” For quite some time now, Zen felt like someone is looking at his direction with the intent of killing him. When he finally decided to know who's the person is, Zen is quite surprised that Kyle is that 'someone'.
Hearing that both Josh and Nathalia turned around and looks at Kyle. Without any hesitation, they said in unison, ”Yup. He does have that look.”
”Why?! I didn't do anything to him though!” After learning about the organizations his father and mother is a part of, he also learned that the Robertson family is also running an organization of their own.
Without even asking, Zen knows that Kyle has experience of a physical fight. Between him and Kyle, he knows that he will have no chance to win against him, and at this moment, he is already backing down without any hesitation.
”You didn't? Are you sure about that Zen?” A voice from behind was suddenly heard. Zen turned around and saw Lannie.
”What do you mean by that? What did I even do to your brother?” Whatever he has done to Kyle, Zen is sure that there must have been a misunderstanding. He and Kyle never had any conversation with each other in the beginning. So how is it possible that he offended Kyle?
”Do you remember telling Anna that my brother was only faking to like her cooked food?” Now that Lannie is thinking about it, she realizing more and more that her brother is being childish. Just because Anna is not sending any more of her cooked food that doesn't mean her brother should act like a child.
Since Zen has a good memory, he immediately remembered every word that he said to Anna. Remembering all of that is only making him more confused. ”What does that have to with anything? And how do you know about that? You weren't even there at that time.” He asked.
Hearing that question, Nathalia and Josh could only shake their heads at how dense Zen is.
”Stupid,” Lannie said, and that made Zen frown. ”My brother can become very childish when it comes to Anna, and because of what you said to Anna, she stopped cooking for my brother. That made him feel upset. I told him that it was you who discouraged Anna, and how do I know that it was you who said it? Well, someone close to you told me about it.”
With that long explanation, Zen doesn't even know what to say. He was only being playful at that time, how did that get him in Kyle's radar?
