Chapter 110 - Revenge 109: Worse than A Pest Itself (1/2)

”Sorry. I think I acted very reckless.” Zen said with an awkward smile on his face.

”'Sorry'? 'I think'? Brat! Do you think that was enough?! You just made them notice our existence in this goddamned place! And above all, you missed! How could you missed that?! Jesus! Your father may be reckless at some point but he never misses his targets!” Ion was so angry that he blurted out all those words in one go.

It was a perfectly clear shot for Zen and yet he missed it. Zen could only reflect on his fault, ”You better have a good explanation why you missed such a perfect shot.” Ion added in a very firm tone of voice.

Zen paused for a moment before he replied back to Ion, ”I don't...” Ion looked at him trying to figure out if he truly has no explanation for his action earlier. But no matter how long Ion stares at him there is no flaw of lie on Zen.

”All those training you have and this is the result? Goodness, if your mother saw that missed shot of yours she definitely gonna give some harsh scolding.” What Ion just is in fact true. Ion remembered the time when he did something wrong when he practiced really hard for it and in the end, he blew it up. Andrea scolded him very harshly and it was a nonstop scolding that Ion felt that his ears were going to explode from Andrea's nonstop blabbering mouth.

”You guys just made a wrong move going against us!” The guy said as he rained bullets to Anna and the others. But the bullets that he is releasing were all wasted.

”How many bullets does those idiot has?” Kyle said in an irritated tone.

”Both of them are using a rifle and they probably have some spare magazines in them, and truthfully speaking I don't know how many they have,” Anna said as she was trying to find a chance to shot them.

Kyle notices Anna's actions and he could already guess what she is planning and he is not liking it. She is trying to find a chance to strike back at them and he is scared that Anna might get the wrong chance and the chances of her getting hurt are high.

Anna was looking around and as she does that she then heard a loud cry in the corridor that she and Kyle were placed at right now.

Ion heard it too and said, ”Go. The brat and I will handle the situation here, so need to worry. But you two need to be careful.”

After getting Ion's permission Anna did not hesitate to go to the room where she heard that loud cry. Kyle just followed her and was very cautious; keeping a sharp eye just in case someone jump on them and when it happens he will be ready.

They entered the room and the first thing they saw is Alexandre who is crying. Anna felt her heart aches from the sight of Alexandre. The poor little baby is experiencing this kind of situation. This might cause trauma to him; even though Alexandre might not remember it but the experience has been embedded throughout his life.
