Chapter 109 - Revenge 108: Like Father Like Son (1/2)

”Well, heard that gunshot? Heh! I'm pretty sure that my men already killed the person named Zen. Can't wait to see its dead body.”

”Dead body? Heh. That's funny...” Andrea said as she smirks playfully at him. But behind that smirk, there was worrying thought on it.

Ion was with them, there should be no problem but her son can sometimes act too recklessly like his father that Ion might not stop him right away.

Not wanting to continue talking with the simpleton in front of her, Andrea took out the gun behind her back and aimed it at him. The leader was surprised to see the gun in her hand. He was so sure that Andrea is not armed. It was behind her! Of course, he wouldn't see it when Andrea is facing him.

*BANG*

It all happened so fast that Pia did not know who pulled the trigger first. Pia first person she looked at is Andrea and she saw that she is standing straight as if nothing had happened. Since Andrea is all and well then that must mean that the person who got shot at is the leader of the people who kidnapped her and her son.

Pia looked at him and he was groaning in so much pain. His other leg was the one that got shot, now both of his legs have bullets in it.

Andrea slowly walk over to him. ”You know... You are so full of yourself that you can't even aim straight at me. What a bad shooter. Even my boss' daughter can do better than you.” She coldly said to the man.

The leader glared at Andrea and as he raises his hand to shot her but Andrea was much faster than him. Andrea shot both of his hands. ”You're lucky that I won't kill you right now. You still have some use for us.”

Andrea turned her back on him and went towards Pia. She untied her and gave Pia everything that she needed for now, then told her that she can wait outside for her baby.

”What? No! I don't want to wait outside while my baby is God knows where?” Pia is somewhat irritated when Andrea told her to wait. Why would she wait? What's the use of waiting when she does not even know how is her baby is doing.

”So you're gonna come with me? What can you even do? You don't have any experience in fighting or even how to use a gun. You are already dying and yet you want to die early?” The way Andrea said those words were very harsh in Pia's ears. But Andrea is right, she does not have any experience in those things. If things get worse what can she even do? She even might mess things up. ”Think about your son, Pia. You need to live a little bit longer for his sake.” Andrea's last sentence was very warm. Andrea is right, for her son's sake she has to endure it. Alexandre still had a future that he needed to fulfill.

Unwillingly Pia agreed and went out. She clutches to the jacket that Andrea gave her; Pia looked back and saw Andrea's back, she was walking to the direction where Zen and the others are. ”Please...”
