Chapter 100 - Revenge 99: Tracking Device (1/2)

Anna slowly opens her eyes and as she does that she suddenly remembers what happened earlier. She sat up immediately and looked around; she saw Kyle and Zen sitting in the couch with a serious expression on their faces.

”Zen! Kyle! Where is Alexandre? Big sis Pia? Where are they? Are they fine?” Both Zen and Kyle were shocked by Anna, they did not expect her to wake up right now that they did not immediately answer her series of questions.

”We are not sure if Pia and her son are alright, Anna. We are still trying to pinpoint their location.” A woman's voice was heard from behind. Anna looked whos voice is it from and saw a beautiful tall lady standing in front of her.

”Aunty Andrea...” It was Zen's mother. ”What are you doing here?” She asked.

”I'm the one your mother send to help but when I got here it's already too late.” Sheena had this serious look on her that it made Anna unconsciously clench her hands. She's partly at fault if she was just strong enough to not to let those bastards get their hands on Pia and Alexandre this wouldn't have happened.

Andrea saw how regretful Anna is and could not help but tsked in irritation. ”It is inevitable. Self-blame is not gonna solve anything Anna. So you better stand and tell me everything that you know, we don't have much time so you better make it fast.” From time to time when Andrea visits the Coleman residence and whenever she saw Anna she gets irritated. Anna does not have the same confidence that her mother or father has which makes her very disappointed at Anna.

When she heard from Mary that Anna wants to be part of the world they are in Andrea's point of view on Anna slowly changes but looking at Anna blaming herself for something that is unavoidable makes her irritated.

If Anna is going to become one of its leaders in the organization in the future that her mother created then Andrea will be the first one to go against it. The capability Anna has right now is not sufficient enough; Anna does not have the capability to help run a big organization. If Anna will continue this way then Mary's only hope is her son, Aaron.

Feeling that Andrea is starting to get irritated Anna started to explain everything that she found out including the stranger that she couldn't find its identity.

”Say what? Are you dumb or what?” Anna flinches at what Andrea just said, ”You've been suspecting that woman for days now and you did not even bother to tell your mother or to Alfonso?! Jesus Christ, Anna! You should have told this to the a.d.u.l.ts! Even though it's only a suspicion there is always a chance that the person might be an enemy. Especially when your mother has made a lot of enemies back in her days which mean that Alfonso will be involved in any way.” Andrea could only scoff at Anna. This is the first time that she had seen such ridiculousness that she finds it hard to laugh. Andrea is now more worried about Mary's decision on letting Anna get involved in the organization.

She's only a teenager and she thinks that not telling an a.d.u.l.t about the matter and prolong it will be solved smoothly? Such disappointment; Sheena has been working and loyal towards Mary, she thinks highly of Mary but she did expect that her daughter would be like this.

Anna lowered her head, ashamed that what Zen's mother just said is right. Combining her age from her past life and her current age now might have a big difference but the way she thinks for the past few days is so immature. Currently, right now, she is but a teenager; she should've have told this to her mother or to her uncle Fonso much earlier when she found out that Elina's actions are strange.

”Come on now Snake. You don't have to be so strict towards boss' daughter,” Anna looked up to see who's voice did that come from and when saw a handsome man who might be in his thirties. He was smirking but that smirk can make anyone who sees it uncomfortable.
