”Good, good, good! I promise! ” She nodded vigorously.

The only thing she wanted to do now was to hurry back and inform them that nothing else mattered.

The man sighed and turned the car around, heading back the way he had come.

The car sped on and soon reached the tree. Her car was still there, silent, as if nothing had happened.

She heaved a sigh of relief and said, ”Maybe this tree really fell down by accident!”

”Hopefully!” The man nodded.

They opened the door and got out of the car. To their horror, they found a thick bloodstain on the ground.

She trembled with fear and said in a low voice, ”It happened! Clearly, this was a sign of the corpse being dragged. Heavens! Not my friend? ”

She was terrified. She felt waves of pain in her chest. The feeling of suffocation made her unable to breathe.

At this moment, several muffled gunshots were suddenly heard. Birds flew in all directions, flapping their wings and charging into the gradually darkening sky.

Not long later, one of them was dressed in goosebumps. The woman in the sportswear came out of the woods, her right leg red as if injured, limping as she looked around, the pistol in her hand ready to fire at any moment.

But as soon as she stood up, she quickly squatted down again, because she noticed a large group of men in black clothes walking out of the jungle, holding heavy machine guns.
