In defeat Linri pressed Y. Honestly, he couldn't care less at this moment. So what if he took all his secrets to the grave? He would still be dead! Then his bio-chip went silent. This was it? If you couldn't even call for the authorities what was even the use of having you!? I swear to god when all the other main characters get a system it always helps them and offers a solution while his was just plain garbage!

Wait, there was something he had overlooked. Didn't the chip inform him that this was some kind of virus? That means it wasn't a poison! Okay, think Linri think! Take a deep breath and analyse your situation.

Linri got up with much difficulty and crawled next to Natsumi's now headless body. He rolled up her sleeves. It was really there!

There was a giant bite mark on her arm. That means this was not Udcek's invasion but a real zombie apocalypse... FUCK!!!!!!!!

Who the hell would research a virus like this? Probably another super-soldier serum gone wrong, right? Haven't you guys watched any movies? It always ends with virus breaking out! Wait why did it appear in this school? Could one of the teachers be researching this? HINA!! She was the only one researching biogenetics. It was even her who came up with this weird useless chip so if this thing really originated from the school it should be her! If she really researched this stuff she must have an antidote. YES, THAT WAS IT!

I mean in all the other zombie movies there was an antidote or at least they were working on one. If he was lucky enough she should have already devised one.

Linri got up from the ground. At least he tried to but he fell soon after. He couldn't even walk how was he going to reach there in 17 minutes! It was at this moment he wished it was night instead of the day. If he had his ice powers he could easily reach the infirmary by creating an ice slide or at least he wouldn't need to spend all his prana over and over again.

He slowly crawled to the door. At least there weren't any zombies banging the door. He grabbed the pipe blocking the door and used it like a cane, slowly walking down the stairs. The third floor was still empty so he did not encounter any problems. The problem was on the second floor. Right now, Linri could barely walk let alone outrunning the zombies. He had to get rid of them. If he still had enough prana he could have used the same trick with the [Hell Hound] but he didn't. In the first place, he was supposed to use it only once in the fights as a finisher. Some might have forgotten but his Spirit attribute was originally only supposed to be average. It was already a miracle that he could use it three times in a fight and still fire spells afterwards.

Linri pulled out his backpack with all the chemicals in it. It was weighing him down but he couldn't leave it behind otherwise he wouldn't have any other way to protect himself. When he arrived at the second floor he saw all the zombies wandering around the corridor. God how he wished he had his [Ex-Burst]. With it, he could move all of them down and easily reach the infirmary. He might even cure the zombie virus just by transforming!

His [Ex-Burst] was a transformation. It had a strict condition with him having to be out of prana and have less than full health. It was a last resort transformation. You see upon transforming he would recover all his prana and health. However, after the fight, he wouldn't be able to regain prana for the next 2 hours. In RP time that was a lot!

\”HEY UGLY ZOMBIES!!\” Linri shouted with all he had to attract their attention. His plan was to gather all of them up and then throw his backpack at them to finish them off. Then he would make his way to the infirmary and find that antidote or whatever.

All the scattered zombies on the second floor started to run towards him. Linri gathered the last of his strength and threw the backpack. Unfortunately for him, he couldn't throw it very far. If he blew it now he would definitely be in the radius. He wanted to cry. He schemed, he broke the hearts of those around him but in the end, he was still going to die in here. He regretted it. He regretted never apologising to Jaime, not talking to his parents about his condition and even creating Linri in the first place.
