101 Everything goes to south (1/2)

Hayato seemed just as surprised as Linri and did not know how to answer. Anyway since everything has gone off the rails it shouldn't hurt to check why they were found. Hayato immediately checked for the source of the alarm and it came from upstairs the manor.

”Dammit!!” Hayato punched the table.

”What's going on?” Leslie asked through the comm.

”There was a hidden camera inside the statue in the middle of the room. They know we are here we need to go and go fast.” Hayato furiously started to tap into the keyboard.

If what he said was right it shouldn't take long for them to find that some of the cameras are on the loop and if they are on the loop it means we are there. Shit!!

The medical liquid inside the glass tube started to drain and after it was gone the tube opened up. Linri quickly grabbed him. He was still unconscious.

”Hayato are you done deleting everything? We need to leave. Now!” Linri shouted at Hayato. There was no point left being silent now considering the loud alarm noises.

”Just giVE ME A GODDAMN MINUTE!!” Hayato shouted back at Linri. It seemed like he was more anxious than him.

Fuck!

Why did the plans did not specify the location of the camera inside the statue? Is it because Sarah did not know or was it something deeper? If they survive this shit he needed to give Sarah a private visit.

That was when Linri heard a gunshot.

”What the fuck!” Linri looked towards the location of the gunshot. The one who opened fire was Selim.

”2 guards are coming on my side. I shot one of them in the leg. They know we are here. We can't use the vents to get out know” Selim briefed them about the situation without him even asking about it.

Upon hearing this Leslie came down from the vents and she came to check the condition of Gendor.

”He should be fine just under the effect of sedatives.” Leslie turned towards him after being done with the check-up.

”What are we gonna do?” She asked Linri seeing his silence.

That was what he wanted to know as well. Everything was out of his control and the only solution he came up with was killing their way out. I mean their plan to go out without fighting was already the moment the alarms sounded.
