169 Return to the Darkside pt 2 (2/2)
”Ahh it shouldn't be too long, I have strong armed the Dynasties into pouring in funding to help speed along the process” smiled Lord Asura thinking that Chidori was in awe of the grand campus being constructed in front of her.
”Good then Draig will be coming back soon. . .” nodded Chidori causing Lord Asura to freeze before turning his head with a couple jerks until he was staring at Chidori with a gobsmacked expression.
”CHIDORIIIIIIIIIIIIII...” cried out Lord Asura as he glomped Chidori while bawling comically.
”Your too little to be liking boys yet, boys are bad, they are disgusting. They're evil....” continued Lord Asura while he proceeded to roll around on the ground kicking and shouting.
”Draig isn't” interrupted Chidori with a small smile that was almost unnoticeable, almost because Lord Asura had seen it.
”No Chidori don't be deceived, all boys are evil, and nasty, and vile.. . . . especially that one!” bawled Lord Asura.
Those within hearing range that had known this man as a terrifying force and cruel leader couldn't help but sweatdrop at this sight.
Some even began questioning if this wasn't just a dream but alas this was their reality now.
Chidori feeling that this person was going to attempt to dissuade her again suddenly dashed blurring from her spot but Lord Asura wasn't so simple.
He may have been changed to a clingy grandfather but he was still a monster that had lived since the time of the first Deva, his speed and power couldn't be matched by the residents of the World of Deva.
Just as soon as Chidori blurred away Lord Asura was seen not even five feet away with the girl held up by her scruff which was a funny sight considering the usual expression on the girl's face.
'Stupid grandfather. . . . I wonder where Draig is at this time.' wondered Chidori as she showed no outward reaction to being held in such a way.
It seemed the Feratu's watcher had developed an interest in the Vampire beyond that of her mission, something that had wracked Lord Asura's body with pained wails for a long time until the girl placated the man.
Suddenly the building's that had just been rising into the sky crumbled causing the heads of the Deva Organizatoini to drop their jaws as they watched Millions of notes crumble to the dirt like they were nothing.
Lord Asura sighed as he temporarily regained the composure of his old self, he looked to those he had at the side and sent his hand forth instructing them to investigate the issue
”Stupid Brat, bad things happen every time you're brought up. .” grumbled Lord Asura before sighing.
