154 Confusion Continues (2/2)

Chidori at the side felt her eyes widen as she watched the man she had recognized as an immortal get knocked away easily.

”Seems you aren't much, then again what should I expect from your weak little human body” mocked the Founder.

Lord Asura rose from the crater where he had landed and seemed relatively fine as he narrowed his eyes at the Founder.

Draig however felt his connection with the Founder's Avatar become severed which had in a state of shock, the Founder's Avatar was his last hope if he wished to continue studying as a Deva. However he quickly began thinking of a few theories.

Did this mean the Founder had returned to the land of the living?

Was he now incapable of using any Avatar's besides his brush which was useless without his Mana to act as Ink?

Draig was in a dilemma but couldn't bring his eyes from the battle unfolding before him, it was the first time he actually got to see the might of the Founder. As he continued to watch he realized he couldn't even follow the strikes let alone their movements.

While Draig was trying to keep track of the battle Lord Asura smirked as the Thousands of Hands forming a semi circle behind him began to push outward towards the Founder with devastating force.

'You already made me waste that emergency supply of energy for this, I better give you a good warning or else the brat won't be safe from you. . . .' thought the Founder as he visibly removed his Armor, it was only now that Draig was noticing that the armor the Founder wore was different from that he had been wearing when he had met him.

Where as the old armor Draig had known him for was red and smelled of blood this armor was blacker than the night sky and it seemed it's weight was beyond comprehension as it caused visible craters when it landed on the ground.

Soon Draig realized that the frail old body the Founder should have possessed wasn't scrawny and on the verge of failing like it had been in his old world. . . .

'He was at his end at that time. . . .' thought Draig as he recalled how severely beaten he was without the ability to fight back, having been forced to eat his own limbs instead of rations.

Suddenly a series of sonic booms rang out and Lord Asura visibly winced evertime one occured forcing him to pull back his one thousand hands revealing the reason for his pain.

”That's another thing I despise about your kind, your bodies are so weak and flimsy. It's humiliating to bring myself to fight you when you break so easily” spat the Founder as he looked at the hands that had their fingers bent at odd angles while other's were completely mangled.

'He's a monster. . . .' thought Draig witnessing the unstoppable strength behind the Founder.

”Still think that little wench is good enough to be allowed into my gene pool, do you still have the arrogance to think such absurdities.” asked the Founder staring at Lord Asura who grit his teeth showing a bit of his original personality.

”You think I'm finished with just this, you're the one who is arrogant. Calling a fight when it has only just begun” laughed Lord Asura as the hands healed and a mighty power began to emanate from the Apex Deva.

The Founder snorted in amusement for only a second before one of those hands shot forward once again and actually left a bruise upon that invincible figure causing him to raise one of his eyebrows in surprise.

Lord Asura however felt himself jump back in fright after witnessing the level of damage done, only a Bruise was left after using his Divine hand technique. What kind of Monster was this person to take that kind of hit and still be okay, unfortunately the Founder was in fact a supreme existence only one being had ever had the right to toy with him.

”Do you wish to see my strongest attack now?” asked the Founder as if sensing Lord Asura's anxiety.

'Absolute Strongest. . .' thought Draig as he seemed to look at himself and compare his current ability to that of the Founder.
