Though contemplating and at the same time confused and anxious to why was here daughter on Table 10, Wang Reiji gathered her courage and still approached them.

”Good evening, esteemed guests. I'll be your waitress for this evening. Would you like a glass of wine or champagne?” Wang Reiji modulated her voice before she spoke to introduce herself. She also maintained a safe distance from the table, careful not to be recognized by the engineer or her nosy daughter.

”We'll just call you back when we need anything more than water. Thank you,” Qin Sho politely dismissed her. He seemed not to recognize her thanks to the mask that concealed her face.

Wang Reiji nodded, and walked away as she made tapping sounds on her earpiece to inform Rentao and Hanzo that things have been out of its way. She then look around her to search for her brother. What the hell was Europa doing on Table 10? She was sure as hell that before the event started, her daughter was occupying Table 1. What went wrong?

Just before she got dizzy spinning around looking for her brother, she finally caught sight of him. Observing him, Wang Yuvin seemed to be searching for someone as well.

'Is he searching for me? Hmmm... We should have given him a communication device as well.' Wang Reiji thought to herself as she started walking towards Wang Yuvin's location while she carried the tray with wine and chamgpagne.

”Hanzo, check what my brother is up to. He looks frantic and uneasy. Also find out why my daughter and the twins transferred tables. Check the cameras and inform me,” she abruptly ordered Hanzo. Wang Reiji tried her best to look composed. Rentao was about to approach her, but reminded him to stay lowkey and stop following her.

”I'm working on it, boss. Just give me a few moments to review the footage.” Sensing the urgency in his boss' words, Hanzo wasted no time and look through the raw CCTV videos.

”Alright. Anyway, I am on my way to Yuvin. He is just across the room. I just hope I can get pass this sea of tables and chairs swiftly enough to reach him though.” Wang Reiji murmured to her communication device as walked across the room to get to Wang Yuvin. She was only some few steps away when the Managing director blocked her way.

”Hey you! What are you doing here?” The Managing Director asked, her exasperation evident even behind the mask she was wearing. She then moved her eyes towards the tray Wang Reiji held in her hands. Seeing that the bottle of wine and champagne remained sealed and untouched, the managing director became more annoyed.

”Why are you still carrying the bottles? You are supposed to take those to Table 10! Also, you are to stand near the table so you can assist the VIP guests right away!” The Managing director scolded Wang Reiji but was trying so hard not to create a scene.

”Please forgive my incompetence, Ma'am. But I already went to that table. But the man who seems to be in charge of the group said he will just call me when they need something aside from water.”

”Okay! I get it! But how are you supposed to know if he already needs something from you when you are this far away from them?!”

”I am on my way to the kitchen to return the bottles to keep them chilled in the cooler, Ma'am.” Wang Reiji quickly replied, good thing the kitchen was in the same direction.

”Is that so? You should have told me that right away! Quickly! To the kitchen! And make sure to hurry back to the guests!” The managing director seemed to accept Wang Reiji's excuse.

Wang Reiji did not utter a word of reply anymore and hurried her way to the kitchen. However, instead going straight to the wine fridge, she passed the tray she was holding to a waiter.

”Sorry, can you please take these to the cooler? I am in a hurry to go back inside.” Wang Reiji said this with a smile. She knew well how to use a woman's charm into her advantage.

”You are in charge of table 10, right? Okay. But I will just help you this one time only.” The waiter replied as he took the tray from Wang Reiji's hands.

”Thank you!” Wang Reiji exclaimed before she gave the waiter a flying kiss. She then fled out of the kitchen and went back inside the hall.

”Hanzo? Any news? What did you find out?” Wang Reiji whispered at her communication device.
