58 The Hideou (1/2)

A dashing young man with shaggy bowl cut hair went inside The Hideout. The Hideout is a luxurious cafe by day and an exclusive bar and restaurant at night. It is a place where kids from well-off families spend their leisure time.

As soon the young man got inside the cafe, he scanned the room and went straight toward the table in the corner of the shop where a group of three equally good-looking guys was waiting for him.

”So how did it go?” Asked the tallest guy of the group as he put his cup of black ivory coffee down the table after taking a satisfying sip.

All eyes were on the young man who instead of answering the question, slammed himself down the couch and raised his hand up to call the waiter who immediately handed him the menu.

”Whew! Looks like the heir of Yang United Medical lost the bet!” Teased the guy with muscular features as a wide grin spread over his face showing his white teeth.

”You know my bank account, don't you?” The guy added as he gave out a spluttering laugh.

The guy then took his eyes off the menu and stared at the guy with muscular features. He then looked back at the menu and spoke.

”Is 10 Million enough?”

The three guys just stared at him open-mouthed. His answer was so unexpected, so out of his usual character.

The guy with eyeglasses was the first to recover from the shock as he winked his eyes and asked a question.

”Oi Kim Yang what happened?”

”What happened? Do you really want me to say it myself? Fine. I Kim Yang lost the bet. Nothing happened with me and Liu Shenbi last night. Satisfied?”

The muscular guy suddenly burst out laughing as his breath came in quick gasps between ceaseless giggles.

”Hahaha! Sorry but that's hilarious. The great Kim Yang, the face of JiCheng Zhe University, wasn't able to hook up with a geek!”

”Yugo, how about 20 million just shut up and stop laughing.”

”Hahaha! 20 million for me to stop laughing? Who do you think I am?”

Kim Yang who was busy staring at the menu suddenly smacked it down the table. He then lifted his face to meet Yugo's sardonic grin. He was more than ready to fight back the taunting when the tall guy stood up and spoke.

”It's not good to fight amongst ourselves especially when our parents are good business partners.”
