The next day, Bonnie left the apartment early. Emily, who was left with nothing to do at home, suddenly heard a knock on the door. Thinking that it was Bonnie who might have forgotten something at home, Emily opened the door. However, she was surprised to see Estelle standing outside the door. ”RD Hospital doesn't have a vacancy?” Emily sounded a little surprised. Jacob had assured her that even if RD Hospital didn't need more employees, they would still hire Bonnie since he had said so.

”No, that's not what happened. They said that only their director could make the final decision. However, he is on a business trip and may be away for a while. But, given my current financial situation, I can't wait that long.” Bonnie flopped down on the couch dejectedly.

Out of the blue, Estelle interrupted, ”Is RD Hospital your only choice? Have you considered applying at other hospitals?”

”But the other hospitals are not short staffed at the moment,” Bonnie answered frankly since she had no clue about the deal between Estelle and Emily. But before Estelle could say anything more, Emily stood up and invited Estelle to her room.
