Nora murmured to herself. Suddenly, she raised her head, looked sharply at Rita and said, ”Did you hear that? My baby said that I don't need to care about everyone's opinion. Especially those who are beneath me.”

”You are as crazy as a bat!”

Emily couldn't refrain from treating Nora's abnormal behavior with disdain and contempt.

”Rita, let's just forget about her and get out of here.”

Having considered Nora's unstable behavior, Emily grabbed Rita's hand and walked away quickly before Nora could harm Rita.

”Hey, don't go, I haven't said anything yet! Emily! Rita! Wait! Don't leave just yet!”

Nora shouted and tried to run after them but was stopped by one of Emily's bodyguards hiding in the corner.

As soon as they walked out of the store, Emily slowed down and lowered her head as if she had something on her mind.

”Emily, are you afraid of Nora?” Rita asked, pretending as if nothing had happened.

Emily wasn't the only one who had noticed Nora's abnormal behavior just now.

”Me? Afraid of Nora? Rita, you've misunderstood me. I was only wondering whether the postcard was sent by Nora or somebody else.”

Emily heard Nora's voice calling their name as they walked away.

And it was eerily similar to the threatening remarks on the postcard.
