Ancho straightened in surprise and answered, ”I want you to take Beryl back, and of course I don't mind living somewhere else, that shouldn't be a problem. Beryl is just a child. She isn't used to living in such an environment. After all, she has never had to. Do you really want to watch your own child suffer like that?”

”I never want to watch my daughter suffer, so I do intend to bring Beryl back, but yo

ave my people secretly protect her the whole time. I just don't want to bring her back so soon.”

Emily closed her eyes and replied, ”I understand what you mean, but I don't know how long I can wait. I miss Beryl so much that I am dying to see her...”

”Don't worry. It won't be much longer, I promise.” Jacob gently stroked her hair, then he titled his head and kissed on her forehead. ”Everything is going to be all right. Sweetheart, there's a new baby in your belly.”

Emily rested her face on his chest and whispered, ”I trust you.”

Jacob hoped in his mind that Beryl would come to understand their good intentions.

Ancho kicked and screamed, as the guards dragged her and threw her out of the gates of the Tyrone Mansion.

With great reluctance, she returned to the hotel and broke a few set of cups to relieve her frustrations. After she collected herself, she called a taxi to pick Beryl up from school.

As soon as Beryl got back to the room, she was surprised to see the broken pieces of cups all over the place, then she looked to Ancho and asked, ”Ancho, what's this all about?”

”I knocked them down by accident.” Ancho just made up an excuse casually, then she bent down with her hands holding Beryl's face, and said, ”Beryl, you must never give up your identity as the eldest daughter of the Gu family! Even if Mr. Jacob has a new child, you will always be his first-born!”

Beryl looked at her with furrowed eye-brows. When she opened her mouth to say something, she was interrupted.

”Beryl, we must figure out a way to go back to Tyrone Mansion! We can't let Emily and the baby in her belly to claim everything that rightfully belongs to you!”
