Inside Emily's ward, Rita was trying her best to persuade Emily. ”Emily, just come with us please! We will protect you! And your children!”

Emily just shook her head slightly. No one could tell what she was thinking about as she kept a motionless face and said, ”No, thanks. I have another plan.”

”What plan do you have? Jack is a monster! Don't be cheated by him! He must have something to do with Jacob's death!” Rita said angrily.

”Rita, enough! I know what I'm doing now,” Emily said with the same motionless look.

Watching her friend's half dead face, Rita felt a little nervous but she could not figure out a solution. David immediately entered the room and held Rita's hand. He tried to calm her down.

”I believe that Emily is capable of taking care of herself. She is still Miss Cloris of Lu family in D country to the public, so don't worry about her.” David took out a business card from his pocket and continued, ”If you need any help, do not hesitate to call us.”

Rita frowned but she knew that Emily would not go with her. She finally gave up and said, ”Promise me you will not do anything silly, okay?”

”I know and I won't.” A piece of warmth flashed through Emily's eyes but it disappeared in an instant. Again, her eyes became gloomy. ”But there is one favor you can do for me now,” said Emily, leaving David and Rita curious.
