Wei Yuan was interested in the updates. She asked Jiang Lan to ask E19 in her stead, ”Can you ask her what happened to the Mountain Goose City after we have left?”
”Sure.”
Jiang Lan typed as Wei Yuan's request.
E19 answered without hiding anything, ”I don't know the full detail, but Wei Huang has declared independence and raised his own flags. He gathered all unorthodox sects and bandits in that city now. Zhu Huifang said Xu Lanying also summoned all Silver Phoenix Sect's remaining members from all branches there. Everyone in the Sky Duck City is talking about the upcoming war between the royal clan and the Wei Clan.”
Mountain Goose City had become the center of attention after Wei Huang chased out royal envoys on the day Xu Miao ditched the wedding. Jiang Lan managed to send her last messenger before her J-Phone crumbled to small pieces. She took her time pacing her breathing. Then, she smiled at her sisters, ”I guess I need a new phone.”
All yin slaves nodded, ”We all need a new one. Let's ask our Meow-Meow to sponsor us.”
Wei Yuan also agreed, ”Yup! Actually, let's buy the latest model. Meow-Meow has a lot of money, so 100 refined stones for a phone shouldn't be expensive for him.”

Later that day, when Cao Mao came back from shopping at Ju Garden, the girls pestered him about new jade phones.

Cao Mao grinned, ”Since I paid 1,500 refined stones for everybody. I'm expecting you lots to do your work tonight!”
”What work? Ah! Will we get more sex?”
