Even though Neptune Spear was later known as the Emperor of the Seas and was the ruler of the Southern Pangaea seas, he had somewhat of a hikikomori tendency, and that made him unworthy of notice.

He was someone who had hid in his territory while Ragnarok had occurred, acting like a king.

Atal Ramanujan was a Lord who ruled over the southern parts of the Baldur region, and later joined the Baldur alliance. Just like Ao Xin, he also fought and was capable of overwhelming his enemies with sheer numbers.

Ludwig Heinel was a Lord that ruled over the western region of the Baldur territory, and was the Lord that took care of the magical development and engineering of the Baldur Alliance.

He was similar to Lord Franz, who Kang Chul-In had killed before.

This is someone I don’t know.
