Obviously, she was joking by saying that I had a creepy look but at that time I was worried, do I look creepy when Ana is around. I should work on how to not look creepy in front of girls. I definitely took that joke seriously.

When she was done with adjusting she said:” let's go to the library ” she outdistanced me, she was still a little mad at what I said but I knew she will forget all that tomorrow. I can not take a burden of leaving her since she is one of my precious friends. I followed her to the library while smiling.

When we reached the library it was packed with students from all department. Since we only had one library for all department our library was pretty big and it had 2 floors. 1st floor was for commerce and art department and the ground floor was for the engineering department.

Since our library was in a rush that day, all the librarians were pretty mad and strict. As soon as we entered the library they said take your seat and be quiet. There was no place for sitting on the ground floor so I thought I should go to the first floor and look for that psychological book that tells how to tell lies easily. I went to the first floor and was searching for the book. After 10 minutes l found that book but librarian behind me was pretty pissed she said ” Don't block the way for others, just take a book and go sit”

I could read the tension on her face, I didn't wanted to make her madder so I went to the nearest bench, a girl was sitting there already but I didn't notice her since I was looking at librarian, then while looking at librarian I said ” Excuse me, can I sit here. Then the girl turned her face and at that same time I turned my face too. I was startled when I saw the face of Ana.

She said ” Kevin, what a pleasant surprise!

(pause)

But wait a minute, why are you here in economics and arts department of the library. Aren't you an engineering student. ”

I said ” Oh.. Ana didn't think I will meet you here. ”

But then suddenly librarian who was standing behind us shouted ” Why can't you keep quiet. It is a library, not your park where you go to meet your friend and talk. ”

We then were quite for a few minutes but when the librarian was gone we started whispering. Then I said” She is pretty strict, isn't she”

Ana replied ” Yeah, she is but it's her duty so we cannot complain”

She was pretty close to me when she was whispering. I could smell her perfume and our shoulders touched, my heart started racing but she didn't notice that. I was becoming nervous but I was all happy just staying near her.

We talked for few minutes but then I turned my face towards the door, there I saw Ria standing at the door of economics and arts department.

I could see the book in her hand for which we came there for. But for some reason her expression was wretched.
