Chapter 80 (2/2)

I feel Eru somewhat dislikes it, but we shall ignore it.

From mofumofu’ing and squis.h.i.+ng the cat’s paw, the owner was calmed down with a cat punch which meant ‘I’m working’! Because of this, any sort of selfishness is permitted, even though I feed him, it isn’t an exaggeration!% In other words, Eru is currently in the middle of working! Only, because she will resign her work if I go too far, caution is necessary.

While having my fill with Eru to a certain extent, the room also warmed up.

So finally, I began preparations for breakfast.

By the way, things like early morning running on these sorts of days are put off. Forcibly exercising, even if I don’t slip and injure myself, my eyes will still get affected. (note: sunlight reflecting off the snow)

The adventurer business is also put on hold for the same reason. Days

with snow or rain are basically spent relaxing.

With breakfast done, there is cleaning and laundry, many things to do.

Let us finish the laundry first

Laundry in the winter is difficult. Splas.h.i.+ng in water as cold as ice…

……Well, I have a magic tool to create hot water though! Lukewarm water tends to remove dirt easier.

It would be convenient if there was a was.h.i.+ng machine but… If it’s a two-part was.h.i.+ng machine, could it be made into a magic tool…? If the was.h.i.+ng and drying was separated, I think it may be possible.

When the laundry was done, I went to hang the clothes to dry.

Affixing a rope by the only fireplace in the living room, I hung the laundry there.

The overflowing laundry dangled around, is in a way, a magnificent view ne.

But this sort of room, I wouldn’t show it to other people nee…

After the laundry was done, next was the cleaning.

I can’t just clean only the first floor like I always do, at times like this, let us also clean the second floor.

However, it’s tough that my cleaning tools are only a broom and dustpan, and a dust cloth as a duster ne…

I’m not asking for steam cleaning machine, but I just want a vacuum cleaner.

Could I make one as a magic tool…? As for the functions, the generated strong wind could be altered into a powerful absorption, but other mechanical functions like a filter is also necessary… If I have the chance, it may be good to have a think about.

When doing manual labour like this, I realize how immensely convenient j.a.pan was.

Laundry as well, it easily gets washed if you toss it in a was.h.i.+ng machine, the rinsing, evaporation, even drying gets done by itself, even cleaning, the persistent stains easily gets removed by steam. If there was a vacuum cleaner, dust would get instantly collected as well ne.

But that’s nothing but asking for too much right now…
