Evening time, Magna sat on the viewing deck with his family, quietly watching the sunset as they slowly ate dinner.

Somehow, Magna and his family were being transported via Airs.h.i.+p. Qrow had pulled a couple strings to get an Airs.h.i.+p to deliver them.

Just as the family were finis.h.i.+ng up, the doors slid open as two people walked in.

One of them was everybody's favorite drunkard, Qrow, already looking a little plastered and the other was a man wearing a white suit.

Both Emily and Joshua flinched as Joshua awkwardly muttered, ”…General Ironwood.”

The man was James Ironwood, general of Atlas. He scanned Emily and Joshua before nodding and calmly saying, ”Joshua and Emily. It's… good to see you.”

Suddenly, his view turned towards the girls as his brows frowned for a second before returning to normal. Then, his eyes landed on Magna as he asked, ”Is he the one, Qrow?”

Qrow being Qrow, held up his finger as he took a couple large swigs from his flask. When he finished, Qrow belched and drunkenly said, ”…Yeap, that's the one.”

Ironwood's eyebrows twitched but he ignored Qrow as he turned towards Magna and said, ”What's your name, young man?”

Magna felt a little nervous talking to a military general as he stuttered, ”M-Magna, sir.”

The expression on Ironwood's face softened as he gave Magna a bemused look and said, ”There's no need for such polite speech young man. You may talk normally if you wish.”

Magna could only nod. While Ironwood gave Magna a smile and sounded calm and clear, Magna could feel the emotions emitting from Ironwood.

He was extremely alert and ready to attack at a moments notice. Not just him, even Qrow who was acting like a drunk was secretly ready for battle.

Sighing in his mind, Magna thought to himself, 'Qrow must have told him about our fight.'

Ironwood kneeled down so he and Magna were at eye level as he stared Magna in the eyes and said, ”Magna, I've heard from Qrow about your fighting capabilities. I'd like for you to demonstrate them to me.”

Magna became confused as he curiously asked, ”Why?”

Ironwood finally showed a real smile as he said, ”I'd like for you to join Atlas academy.”

The room suddenly went silent for a couple seconds before the little girl squad and Magna's parents screamed, ”WHAT!!!”
