Chapter 182: Pride of Being Killed (2/2)

”The weak have no right to choose how they die! They should all be proud of the fact that they became stepping stones for us!”

Before the man could speak another word, a flying slash filled with killing intent abruptly appeared in front of him. He managed to block it, but only barely.

”What kind of crap are you spewing? Proud to die? Who in the world would be proud to be killed by you people?!” It was who attacked him. Shusui shined in his hands as if to ascertain its dominance over the other weapons in the room. The reason why Ed went out of his way to attack him was that he remembered how Eri and the other children's lives were taken. Taken before they could fulfill any of their dreams. What pride comes from that?

”A brat like you has no right to question me!” the man, called Edgar, rushed towards them to attack them. But, he was stopped midway by a saber's attack.

”He has all the right.” A shining bright light appeared out of the tip of the saber, knocking Edgar far to back. The walls of the throne room were destroyed as he crashed through them.

”Hope you don't mind, uncle.” Arthur was referring to Uther as an uncle. This was due to him and his father being friends for a long time. As close as brothers actually.

”Walls can be rebuilt.” Uther smiled and took out a Glaive and held it in both hands, preparing to fight as well.

”The man's companions should start appearing soon. I'll leave them to you guys.” Arthur spoke as he flew in pursuit of the man he had just sent flying. His words were directed at Eric and the others.

”Raikou, Gobuta. You guys remain here to help them. The other will come with me to the academy grounds.” Ed also gave his orders and teleported away. He left the two that he deemed to be the best for this job.

He appeared once more next to Goburou who was watching over Harry and the others.

”They woke up, huh.” Ed's voice attracted their attention. They couldn't get any answers from Goburou, so they switched their target to Ed. Ed wanted none of it, so he stopped and only said one thing.

”We're here to take back the kingdom.”
