In reality, Clarissa was no longer really after a truce. The moment she learned that he, the teleporter kid, already knew about this plan, she already threw it in the back of her mind.

But after hearing this, Sofony Mendez smiled. She also extended her hands.

Seeing this, Clarissa's face lit up in anticipation.

'As expected, the problem with her is that she still prefers non-aggression over a fight,' Clarissa mirthfully thought.

However, when their hands came into contact, even though Clarissa put strength on her arms, she didn't manage to pull Sofony to her intended direction. She failed to throw the other host to her people because she felt her tugging at her too!

That was when Clarissa realized that both her and Sofony were planning the same. Both of them knew there wouldn't be a cease-fire. Clarissa had no more time to wonder whether her condescending tone earlier gave it away because Sofony seemed to have done something about her strength stat in order to pull and throw her outside the room. Clarissa was caught off-guard by the shoulder throw. She did not expect a girl who seemingly focused on seduction and hypnosis skill to be this strong physically.

When Clarissa was thrown out to the corridor, Sofony hurriedly followed while saying, ”Sorry, Miss Guzman. The moment you did that last Monday to Wendy, our road to reconciliation has long vanished!”

”You dare!” Clarissa angrily got back to her feet and rolled to the side to evade the shot coming to her direction.

Yes, after throwing Clarissa out of the room, Sofony immediately followed outside, her hands on the gun that appeared out of nowhere.

Sofony's hands which held the gun trembled from the recoil, but she didn't stop and pulled the trigger again. Of course, her marksmanship was still quite terrible so it missed Clarissa again.

While repeatedly pulling the trigger, she continuously stepped back to distance herself from the now angrily charging Violent Goddess.

Sofony tried her best to focus on the opponent while firing at her. Unfortunately, all her bullets missed. Clarissa also rendered her afraid since she could even dodge them at close distance. In fact, she could still feel her scalp numbing after witnessing her opponent sliced the bullets in half using a long knife!

She thought, this simply should not continue!

So with her heart that was growing cold every passing second, she shouted, ”Gio, close the door!”

The man called widened his eyes in surprise, wondering if the girl said it in order to stop potential interrupter. Or because she knew he could deal with the gunmen who were trying to rush outside. Anyway, he immediately recovered and leisurely did as requested. As a consequence, he got trapped inside the room. Also, because he stopped them from coming to their Lady Boss' aid, the enemy's men started staring at him with murderous intent.

However, the man merely eyed them, seemingly not bothered by the number of barrels pointed at him.

Outside, Sofony immediately took out an item from the shop after seeing the door securely closed. Though she was extremely about Gio who was left inside there, she was more not inclined to let him see what she was about to do. Also, she who had already read most of his records believed that he would be fine. She prayed for him to be fine!

Sofony's brain only recognized the last part. Her free hand grabbed the grenade-like item that appeared in thin air. Then after she threw it to Clarissa, she asked the system to immediately activate it.

”You stupid woman!” Clarissa tried to escape from it but it was already too late because she had already inhaled the poison. ”Uggghh!”

As Sofony watched Clarissa backed away probably to consume some antidote, she started shooting at her again. Sofony bit her lips when she finally saw one of her shots wounding the Violent Goddess on the knee, dying the white skin and the lower part of her knee-length skirt red.

However, because the voice in her head said it was not enough, she fired another round again. Unfortunately this time, all her shots missed. The worse thing was that Clarissa only moaned in pain once and that's it. The wound visibly healed at a rate naked to the eyes.

Sofony really hated that her aim was so disastrous.

'System, can't you nullify the antidote? Or render it useless?'

Sofony took a deep breath and said, 'Do it!'

By this time, Clarissa had already recovered and was staring angrily at Sofony. She was also feeling so humiliated as a host weaker than her managed to hurt her.
