”Ah... It tastes very nice since they had been soaked with some herbs beforehand in warm water. It's very delectable and smoking them preserves their meat from spoiling. Soon, Will.I.Am, Alleicea and Aventina prepared 40 'lengs' of steamed rice, 40 scrambled eggs with chopped string bean, onions and chilli. A vegetable soup made from wild mustard leaves, tapioca shoots, potatoes and carrots with 83 pieces of grilled fish that they had caught from the river.
It was a simple dish meal and when the adventurers had finally reached Camp Salvation, they were welcomed by the delicious smell of the food and everyone contributed 2 coppers each to Will.I.Am and the two support girls to replenish some of the stock required.
Even though it was not required for the adventurers to pay for their meals, but the sight of the feast before them brought them joy. They had seen the 20 ducks that were in the process of smoking and preservation and they knew that the days to come for their meals would be taken care of.
Will.I.Am took the 160 coppers and set it aside in one of the small wooden chests that is being used for groceries and checked the stocks and noted of which would need to be replenished.
Inside the small wooden chest, there are 4 gold coins and 20 shillings that were given by me so that Will.I.Am could buy the necessities if the stock runs out.
