259 6.53 XO Sauce That Seals The New Edited Treaty (1/2)

Later just after 10 pm, a tanuki floated in carrying the banner of Fasuto Japan Airways and landed gently at the grounds of the conference building. I scooped a bit and places them into a small rice bowl. Then there's a dipping sauce bowl and I place a dollop of the XO Sauce in it. The taste was what I had been making for several years and store inside the ref. There was a layer of oil on top of the XO Sauce, and it was fiery red in colour.

The colour was intimidating but with rice or noddle or even a slice of bread, the taste was really out of this world. At first, the employees were afraid to try it but the smells attracted them and from that dollop of XO Sauce, they took a small dab and put it in their rice.

The moment they took a mouthful of rice with the XO Sauce, their eyes widened and a smile spreads across their faces as they closed their eyes, savour the burst of exquisite taste in the mouth and slowly chewed the food. It was an explosive sensation of a sweet, saucy, spicy, sourish, saltish taste of deep-fried chilli and all the hidden ingredients that I had asked the 'aunties' to prepare beforehand.

The Plant Managers were there having their breakfast and they asked, ”Senpai, are we going to sell this throughout Japan too? This sauce is Extra Ordinary...!
