The 2nd shift and 3rd shift employees were briefed in the same manner. With the addition of 750 new personnel, new vests were required so an order for the new working vest with the corporate name on its back and their individual names were silkscreened on the left breast pocket.

Each vest has to be sorted according to their shifts so that it would be much easier to be distributed as we call out their names to collect them. It took several weeks before everyone had their vests. Even though it was a corporate identity, but seeing throngs of employees reporting on and off duty put smiles on their faces.

Also, in addition to the 750 new employees, we discovered that some households have at least 2 family members working for the corporation and while some had even 3! This way, the living conditions of the employee's greatly improved.

The Plant Managers had a day off since we need them to learn something new. They gathered in one of the warehouses and made a circle to view on what I was trying to demonstrate to them. Sandi and Kohaku had just returned to our village and joined the group.

First off, I showed the group on how to make a small batch of Facial Cleanser or that would be made up of 5 ingredients.

I took 1 cup of coconut and olive oil each and added 4 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and mixed them all up in a mixing bowl until it became sort like a paste.

Since Sango was there, I asked everyone to touch the T zone of Sango's face and everyone agreed that it was a bit oily. They touched theirs and find it to be the same. I explain that this is normal.

There were a washbasin and 2 face towel and a chair, and I asked Sango to wash her face first and wipe it with the face towel. After doing so, Sango sat on the chair that was provided in this demonstration. I took the mixing bowl and dabs some on Sango's forehead, the sides of the nose's bridge, her cheeks, under her bottom lip and under her jaws.

I showed Sango how to slowly rub it with her two fingers and moved in a circular motion until all her face had turned white like a momok! I told Sango to leave it for a minute or two for it to dry and then rinse it off using the towel.

After she had washed her face, she finds that her skin was radiating with freshness and there is no more oiliness on the skin. She puffed out her cheeks and said that her skin felt taut and bouncy.

All the 6 Plant Managers had written down the instructions and all wanted to try it out in their faces. They went home to collect their face towels and began to dab it on each other faces before scrubbing it evenly on their faces and rinses it off after leaving a minute or two.

They felt that their skin felt invigorating and felt very fresh and smooth. I told them that the mixture would exfoliate their dead skin away and rejuvenates their skin as it becomes tauter.

I told the girls to note if the following ingredients besides lemon juice and that are strawberries, cucumber, bananas, tomatoes. The girls noted of the 5 main ingredients and told them that these would be the main 5 ingredients.

I explained to the girls that this was called Sengan Ryo or facial cleanser. I showed to the girls that the extracts had already been prepared and 5 lines are to be organised tomorrow. Small batches are to be prepared until everyone is comprehensive enough to mix their own in a large cauldron.

Precise calculations have to be made and finally, Hanna and Izumi got the accurate ratio for a barrel of olive and coconut oil, sugar and juice extract.

Next, we moved to another warehouse where the intended production of Pomado or Pomade was being prepared.

I placed 2 tablespoons of granulated beeswax that we had procured earlier from the trading district. I melted these in a saucepan and added 3 tablespoons of coconut oil.

After it had cooled down, I added 2 teaspoons of bentonite clay which Hiko-sama had gotten from the Potter and added 5 drops of resin essence we had such as Myrrh, Frankincense, Pine, Fir, Olbinam, Agarwood or Balsam using the glass eyedropper.

Hiko-sama wanted to be the tester this time and he spread it over his hair and combed it backwards. He had used a bit to firmly hold the top of his hair down and the end results delighted him. It was the pomade that he had dreamt that everyone could afford.

The ingredients were pretty basic and once the girls had made it successfully, it could be patented and marketed to the lady boss from the cosmetics shop. The girls then calculated the ingredients to make a full cauldron and had come up with yet another accurate calculations for it.

There would be 7 lines in the pomade production and the process would be run right till the filling into its designated container and stored in the crates before being stored and accounted for by the storekeepers.

Next, we moved to the warehouse where we would be processing the BodiRoshon.

I explained that the process is the same as Hae Shanpu except that it does not contain any water at all. All it needs was a half bowl of olive oil, a quarter cup of coconut oil and a quarter cup of lye mixture.

The solution would be heated up slightly and once everything was uniformly mixed and cooled, 2 tablespoons of Essense was added and thoroughly mixed. The cooled mixture then would be bottled accordingly.

I made a note for them saying that the sequence would be followed according. 1st shift does the mix for 2nd shift, 2nd shift for 3rd and 3rd for 1st. This allows the solution to be properly cooled before storage and I explained that these solutions will not get hardened because of the ratio in the ingredients.

The girls made the necessary calculations and came up with the closest proportion for a 75-litre cauldron. I told them that this BodiRoshon would be made into 12 fragrances which were Jasmine, Rose, Lavender, Lilac, Wisteria, Frangipani, Sweet alyssum, Sweet pea, Four o'clock, Chocolate cosmos, Lily of the valley, and Gardenia.

We won't be using fruity smells because the customers would think that the Hae Shanpu would be the same product as BodiRoshon.

The girls took the bowls of facial cleanser and also the BodiRoshon with them to the next warehouse.

The next one is the simplest. It was a bath Essense that was made entirely of 70% water and 30% Essence. The girls soon took note of it and I decided to have 5 lines running. The 5 cauldrons would be mixed evenly and then would be filled and stored.

A label on the storage crate would suffice and it could be immediately stored in the crate after completion. This I said is for the use of soaking oneself in a bathtub for hours until they could turn someone in their 20s to become someone in their 70s as they slowly turned into a prune!

Everyone laughed when I used those kinds of metaphor. After the laughter died down, the 5 Essences would be Amyris, Lemongrass, Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Thyme. I showed them a few barrels that had been assigned to each line and 5 cauldrons that had to be mixed with water, stirred and then stored.

Last but not least, we showed them one of my favourites and that was peanut butter in the last production warehouse.

The peanuts were skinless and were ordered from the marketplace as such. Then it was roasted till it became slightly brown and matured thoroughly by the cooks.

The 25 kilograms of roasted peanuts were placed inside the humongous blender and I asked for the smallest girl in the group to operate it. I told Riko to operate the spindle for about 15 minutes while I poured in 3 kilos of sugar inside it. The peanuts were being blended and I took a giant wooden spatula to mixed the contents thoroughly.

After 15 minutes, the peanuts had been partially crushed and the mixture had a light peanut oil sheen as it was mixed with the sugar. This was the chunky version.

I asked another girl to take turns spinning the spindle faster for another 15 minutes and this time, the mixture inside had smoothened a lot and had turned into a buttery texture. This is called PinaatSubata.

Two variations of the peanut butter were scooped and placed into 2 separate bowls and everyone had a bun each as they scooped the contents and spread it in the middle.

The moment it enters their mouths, moans of delight were heard as they savoured the new taste that they had never tasted before. I told them it would be tastier in toasted bread or buns.

6 such blenders were in place and 3 were for chunky while the others would be the smooth buttery texture. I showed them the glass container which they said it is like a drinking mug and I told them the reason for it.

Sango remarked that it was a very good self-marketing strategy as people could use this mug for drinking as well as advertising if the product right when they raised the glass to eye level.

I highlighted that before the end of each shift, the chunky and peanut butter should be made for the next shift so they could start packing it as soon as they reported for duty. As for the peanut butter, I showed them that a paper dolly had to be placed on the mug's mouth before closing it.

This makes the peanut butter airtight and could last at most 3 to 5 days upon first consumption. This would be the rate for each jar of peanut butter in their household. I explain that the peanut oil that would surface to the top will preserve the content. Most importantly it shouldn't touch water.

The girls took notes of it and then took the remaining contents in the bowl with them. I guess the girls would be looking for hot buns next.

Before we conclude the meeting, the girls would train the new employees as for the 5 lines as there would be a relocation of equipment to the rest of the warehouse. The 1st shift for the 7 other production lines would be on paid off and operations would resume on the 2nd shift onwards.

I highlighted that the girls need to delegate the new employees so that they could start without much supervision.

The girls nodded and went to the garden to finish up their peanut butter after placing the BodiRoshon and Facial cleanser in the bathroom of Jiyu Residence.
