The day came for the distribution of rice packets for the families in the outermost district who seemed to be struggling with the management of their household or finances. I thought to myself that this would end soon because 750 more people would be employed.

All the plant managers took their tasks seriously, while Sango and Kohaku, the execom members, Hiko-sama and I went about the tasks of helping the residents to get their ration and exit in an orderly manner.

Even as 50 kilograms of rice was given to Sango to distribute to the members in Youkai Taijiya village, we still had leftovers that were distributed to both Eastern and western monastery.

The event ended quickly and in an orderly manner and we headed back and rested in the garden afterwards.

”CFO-san, you have sent the letters and Refined Steel pieces to all 14 Blacksmith Alliance in the 3 Prefecture? CEO-san had informed me that you had contacted the 11 capitals of Miyagi, Akita, Iwate, Aomori, Ibaraki, Gunma, Saitama, Nagano, Yamanashi, Kanagawa and Chiba Prefecture.”

”It is a combined 220+ cities and towns and would they be performing their own pickups, as usual, CFO-san? An average of 20 Blacksmith Alliance secondary members would be here from each capital. What is your expected supply for each capital based on an average of 20 Blacksmith?”

”They will do their own pickups and be escorted midway. Each representative capital would provide their own escorts midway and once our escorts had reached that point, they would return back to Kitakata.”

”Our escorts would be spending at least 12 hours on the trail to and from Kitakata so it would be taken over by their own thereafter. We would be offering this free service to them and the men involved under this new operations would be salaried by us.”

”As for the supply, the Master of the Forge Masters had decided to supply at least 60,000 Refined Iron Plates per day to our town. He will use a Chinook transport helicopter and transport it over here. You all won't hear the rotary blades of the helicopter because they're in stealth mode.”

”These 60,000 Refined Steel Plates would be delivered over a period of every 5 days with a break in the middle. As we know these Blacksmith not only deals with weapons and armours.”

”They also make machinery parts and so on. So the demand for these Refined Steel Plates would definitely be a huge demand in their industries and as for us it would thus turn this corporation into a Mega Empire that monopolised the whole market.”

”There might a chance to further upgrade the supply of the Refined Plates in the future and the supply of these plates could be doubled to up to 120,000 per day. We will see how we could improve on the supply and in the meantime, CEO-san and I would be a bit busy from dinner time onwards today.”

”Yes, CEO-san, we understand.”

”Sango, here are a few pieces of gold coins, you can take those on the 1st and 3rd shifts girls to accompany you to the trading district later on after afternoon tea. You wouldn't mind, do you? Oh yeah, if you need extra coins, ask the girls where is the charity box and you can get it from there. It's a small change that we compile every now and then.”

”Thanks, Himura, I and Kohaku would like to hang around the area a bit, would that be okay? We would like to see how each product is being made. I am sure it is a hit with the rest of those who bought them.”

”Sure, this place is free for you to walk about and meet the people. Only thing is to not enter a room called Ops Room, that's all.”

”Thank you, come Kohaku, I want to see the Karada Soap on how it was made. The smell is so nice and it's like a bar of food. Even Kirara lives the smell too.”

Sango led Kohaku out to walk through the production grounds and made themselves at home with Kitakata Village.

”We have a task for you guys. We need to you to calculate each production line, except for STM line and calculate how many people we need per line if we were to fill up the existing people with a minimum of 50 personnel per shift.”

”Include in 750 of unemployed female employees for the 5 new product lines that we would be adding to make up a total of 1,800 employees with the exclusion of the support staffs, and look for 12 more female cooks to support a total number of 600 employees per shift.”

”One of you will need to summon the suppliers of grain, vegetables, fruits, while another to summon the suppliers for fish, meat and poultry. The cooks will decide what to strike off from the shopping list and add a few more items to enhance their meals for the employees later on.”

”Thank you, Gentlemen. Everyone is dismissed.”

”PROGRESS!” the men shouted after they had saluted us and went to the outermost District and gather up to those who would be interested to be employed with Fasuto Japan KabushikiGaisha.

After a lapse of 15-20 minutes later, the suppliers came with their list of currently supplied items and I had asked for the initial 4 cooks to come and join us at the garden as we discussed on the products that were currently being supplied by them.

Some minutes later, the fish meat and poultry had a few more addition to the list that he had supplied that includes Shishamo smelt (shishamo), Japanese yellowtail (buri), Seabream (Tai), Bonito (katsuo), Eel (unagi), Horse mackerel (aji) and pacific saury (sanma), Pacific bluefin tuna (maguro) and Chum salmon (sake). Beef and mutton from sheep, duck and chicken remain.

1 type of fish would be sent daily and rotational so that the diet would be changed regularly.

The fruit seller had an addition on watermelons and seedless guava. Lastly more greens were added for the vegetables seller, such as Kabu (turnip), Satoimo (taro root), Gobo (burdock root), Takenoko (bamboo shoot), Negi (leek, green onion), Nasu (eggplant, aubergine), Shishito (Small Japanese green pepper), Okura (okra), and Goya (bitter melon).

The vegetables would be sent 3 types rotationally daily with the exception of coconut, lemongrass, screw pine leaves, onions, garlic, peppers and ginger that would be replenished as and when needed as they won't need quantities like a huge basket per day.

As for the meat, it would be supplied as and when needed rotationally between beef, mutton, chicken and duck in order of preferences. In this way every 5th day the employees would be eating meat for lunch and fish for dinner. In between, it would be up to the ingenuity of the cooks.

This would be for the supply of 600 personnel and had to be tripled since the number of cooks would also be increased to another 8 and 4 more assistants.

After we had settled the short meeting in the garden, Hiko-sama and I decided to enter the Realm of Mind to improve on the production of Refined Steel Plates for distribution soon. A total of 25 Refined Steel Plates had been distributed for review by the Blacksmith Alliance in the 25 Prefecture and in a few days time, we would be soon hearing from them.

Upon entering the Blacksmithing area, we discussed in the upgrades that we wished for. Hiko-sama wished to have a roller system to be installed on the ground so that once a pallet had been filled with 100 moulding trays, it could be safely rolled to a location instead of carrying each tray back and forth and completed a 10,000 steps achievement on the pedometer!

I thought about it and visualised a kind of platform just big enough to cover the surface of a wooden pallet. The platform uses unidirectional metal rollers and had a handle underneath it and be set upright just like a pallet truck.

A pallet could safely be stacked with 25 moulding trays which are equivalent to 125 trays or capacity of 1250 Refined Plates. I visualised a dozen of those pallet trucks and Hiko-sama was delighted when it finally materialises before him.

Next comes the roller conveyor system. I extended it to another 2 meters and the enclosed forced cooling system was extended as well. I thought of visualising 2 dispenser system for the Molten steel but in the end, I decided against it as it makes work a bit too hurried and rush and may cause certain mishaps.

So I decided to be the operator and Hiko-sama would load it once each tray had gone through the forced cooling system, and the tray had reached his end before he lifts it up with his fireproof gloves and stack on the pallet. This time, he does not need to walk over to place the trays and just place it within reach.

Since we are there, we decided to run the 4,000 pieces based on the cartloads of iron ore, coal and limestone according to the estimated proportion of 8 buckets of iron ores, 2 buckets of coal and limestone.

Everything was melted in the automated bellow system, as we scooped up slag and other impurities and dump it in the abyss that would appear on someone's backyard! Hahahaha.

After some time of removing the slag, I finally lifted the boom to pour the molten steel into the dispenser and places a tray of 10 shallow mouldings in the target boxed area and stepped the pedal to unleash the molten steel into it.

We proceeded to produce as much as 6,000 moulding trays and had filled almost 5 pallets. Back in our real world, we already had a collection of 60,000 more or less and this was made over a duration of 10 days, while we managed to make the same amount in 3 hours of earth time.

I switched off the machine and soon we logged off from our meditative state and return to the real world. It was well worth spending of 3 hours making those batches.

Since we would be free for the next 3 days or so, we decided to dive into the Realm of Mind daily and produce up to 3x the amount daily and push out a batch of 6,000 pieces or more nightly to be packed and stored by the storekeeper.

Sango and Kohaku decide to go back to the village for a few days after discovering that we were busy with our affairs and told us that they would return on the 4rh day. So we bade them farewell at the outskirts of town before returning to our tasks.

The 4 ambassadors had taken some time to gather 750 new employees and had gathered 250 female employees aged between 12-32 since Kitakata is made up of young and huge families. It's easier since the new employees knew of the 3 rotating shifts and managed to gather and assemble 250 employees in an empty warehouse.

We stood on the elevated staging platform to make our initial address after making a headcount and separated the ladies into 5 groups of 50s. The supplies of raw materials had been placed in the warehouses with the addition of new equipment for the preparation of the new 5 products.

Their names were taken down by the 5 execom members and they were told to report to work the following next day and to learn a new trade that they had to keep it as a secret. No one is supposed to leak the secret out or suffer the consequences of pile rubbish that I had ignited using a Fire Release after making a handseal.
