The reason you are able to store things inside the pip-boy is because it is a special pip-boy that brakes down the matter of the items and it will store it but it's not lost in weight but it id decreased drastically allowing you to carry more then you normally would still, you probably figured this out by now but you will need to get stronger to carry more things, it also helps you level up in a way so you can get stronger. It's fine, falling asleep with everything all normal and waking up to destroyed ruins a few hours later hits you hard. (Specter)

Its been 200 years how can it be a few hours of change? (Codsworth)

As you been working and alive for 200 years, for us we got put in a pod that froze us, so for us, it was only a few hours that passed not 200 years. It's hard to take in the change so quickly and I'm distracting myself by building. (Specter)

As Codsworth went inside, Specter finished adding the last wire to the circuit. The Turrets turned on, Specter moved before it and seeing it did not fire at him nodding his head, Specter put ammo inside and went back inside, taking a shower next and calling it a night.

Even though everything happened, Specter was able to fall asleep quickly but Specter always been a light sleeper but also a heavy sleeper, unless something moves in his room, Specter will not wake up and sleep well even through a heavy storm but the slightest movent in the room will wake him in a second, its been like that from when he was young and became a habit.

Morning arrived quickly, feeling refreshed Specter got up and done some morning stretches, Specter looked at Jade, Specter found food options. Shocked that he can make food also.

Looking through it Specter Chose Nuke Cola and Egg, sausage, toast but did not create it yet. Leaving the room and seeing Codsworth who is happy cleaning and singing a toon as he works, Specter made his way to the bathroom and cleaning himself up and waking up better, Specter got to the table and set down and placed the food down, Specter started eating, as the door opened Jones walked out yawning.

Ya, surprising well, felt like it will be safe here and fell asleep quickly. (Jones)

Placing another set down, Jones sat down and joined on eating and we talked as we do.

Specter is not going to say that he noticed the red eyes he has, must have been crying.

Specter started upgrading his pistol making it better having new mods to it, Specter has fixed it up well. With everything, Specter turned around and seen Jones walking out.

Specter and Jones walked crossing the new bridge and the other side is like entering into an old destroyed world.

A dead body blocked our path and a dead Dog with a tire Iron stabbed into his body.

Going to the left and climbing up next to the statue, Specter found the big duffel bag, unzipping it, a hunting rifle it has a Hunting Scope equipped, and 80 .308 rounds and a full clip in the Sniper.

Placing the ammo in his Inventory, Specter spoke up.

Got a Sniper, I will be able to give you cover from the building rooftops if needed. (Specter)

I did some training I will not say I am the best but I can shoot a target, this scope sucks, still better than nothing. (Specter)

Following Jones, Specter switched back to his 10 mm pistol, and stored his Sniper, its easier to walk with a pistol not a rifle, as they walked Specter already Measured its a Mile to Red Rocket and another mile before Concord before the war but thebgroumd being uneven and harder to walk on now will take more time to get to Concord, Specter noticed Red Rocket and they moved closer and Specter seeing it Spoke.

That Red rocket looks like a good place to set up an Outpost for Sanctuary, block off the road and make it into a military checkpoint before entering, even making I into a repair station for weapons and armor. (Specter)

Specter left Jones as he is talking to the dog, Specter made his way into the Red Rocket Shop front door under the gas pump Roof, going left and seeing the register opening it and found pre-war money, taking it specter gone to the Ham radio behind the counter and turned it on nothing but static came through, Specter changed it to a Hidden code Specter knows and spoke.

Turning it off Higgins has a strict don't talk back if he received a message but listening to it is fine for security reasons. Turning around there is a door with a Restricted area sign. Walking in and seeing the place is bigger, having a basement that is not in the game, Specter was intrigued so he walked down with his Pistol ready in hand and seeing a Machine that creates parts for cars and nothing else, Specter made his way back up looting the room and take the Cap stash not worrying about the terminal Specter left and made his way to the garage section, a Power armor station, Workshop Station, Armor Workbench, gun workbench. Specter pressed the red button on the wall and seeing the door close, Specter nodded and pressed it again and opened it, walking out, Specter found Jones throwing a ball and Dog Meat Chased after it.
