4 Chapter 4: Concord (1/2)

As we are walking to Concord, there was a sound off to the right it was hard to explain it was big sounding but also sounds like a snake moving through the leaves and sticks on the ground. Specter looked over and Jones also, Dog Meat growled at the direction making both Specter and Jones became alert and having our weapons out we moved back away from it and prepared. There was also a crunching noise like something is Snapping like sticks but it's louder probably a branch. The snapping stopped and the thing got closer as so did the noise when it got into view it stopped and turned its head to look at Specter, Jones, and Dog Meat.

That is a Centipede! (Specter)

Its head is at least a foot in length, and in its mouth is a Molerat bones pokeing out of the Centipede mouth, it bit down again making the snapping of its bones sound out like the Branches snapping as it swallowed it completely then moved forward it's slow and long body moved to Specter and jones, as it got closer everyone even Dog meat moved back, and when it was all insight it was at least five meters long or even longer. It once again stopped and it stretched its many long legs and then stabbed them into the concrete road shattering and cracking it as it sent killing instinct to them, Specter felt it right away and did not thinking twice and shot hit pistol until his clip was empty.

When the bullets hit some reflect off it's hard body but some entered the body sending purple blood shot out from the holes and it makes a Screeching yell that sent a Chill down everyone's spine, Jones joined in the shooting, As Dog Meat moved back and circled around.

Specter feeling threatened moved further back and keeping his distance but continue emptied his clip, the Centipede charged and it was fast, it's Legs sank into the concrete like sand just showing how deadly it is when it arrived before Jones he was going to move out of the way but it will be too late, Dog Meat dove on top and bit the Centipede on the head and took one of its antenna off in the prosses as it waved it's upper body to throw Dog Meat off it. It screeched again in pain this time it turned to Dog meat and swiped it's body snaking Dog Meat a few feet as Dog Meat Rolled away from the battle Jones already recovered and Also Emptied his Clip as he is switching Clips, Specter already shot it with two clips of ammo and working on his Fourth if not for the fact Jade is filling the clips up for Specter it will be harder. Jade also joined in the battle making turrets around Specter and they all started shooting waves of bullets even the First Class Turrets can do damage.

When the bullets all hitting the Centipede it became enraged it moved faster then before but at able to keep up with it's movements but the turrets are unable to it moved around the turrets and it made its way to Specter. Specter using his Pistol had to back up Quickly but making sure not ti fall in the process, as it advanced it destroyed the turrets where Specter was standing and threw one at specter it blew up un shrapnel and made specter roll away it charged to Specter, Specter shot it in the head and it was the final point needed as it fell dead on the ground it's head had so many Bullet holes its body is practice unreasonable, Specter and Jones froze in place wondering if it's just playing dead or its actually dead.

Master! You killed a Centipede! You gained its Experience its poison is even stronger then normal it can kill even a person in a few minutes if not treated right away. (Jade)

The speed would have also been faster but it just finished eating so it was slower then if it was hunger. This is a Fast, Deadly, Poison enemy best keep a distance or get stronger before fighting another. (Jade)

So that is why Mole rats did not attack. [Specter]

What the hell! That was crazy! If I was by myself it would have been eating me! (Jones)

Dog Meat limping over, Seeing Blood, it has a big gash through its side one of the Centipede legs slashed it when it Body swiped Dog Meat, Jones ran over and used one of his Stem packs on Dog Meat and the wound heals back quickly and started fixing the fur back to normal.

We need to be ready for so much more! Don't know if we will run into anything stronger. (Specter)

Agreed, let's move to Concord and keep an eye out. (Jones)

They stay on the road and make there way to Concord as they do they also don't let there guard down like before and listen to everything from a snap of a leaf to a snap of a stick, even there tap of a step of steps on the road always watching and look everywhere at all times, Buildings start appearing as they get Closer to Concord.

looking at each other they moved stealthily over to a building and get up to the building rooftop. Specter pulled his sniper out and looked around with the scope seeing raiders shooting a group of people with laser muskets that are the minutemen.

They moved to the museum and moved inside, as three stays together helping the others move inside giving them cover.

There is a group of people being attacked by what seem to be raiders, there are three holding out at the door as the others are heading inside the museum. If what I see is right the group outside are going to die by beging surrounded by faster firing rate guns. (Specter)

Your call specter what should we do? (Jones)

If you ask me, I say I snipe them from here and help the ones being attacked, as you move in and help them from the ground that way I will stay here and give you cover as you do in the prosses. Get inside and I will keep the Door covered making sure nobody else follows you, see if you can do anything on your side to help them out, the rooftops are close and I can make my way over to the other rooftops so they can't keep following me and I can even climb down from the side of the building and get away from any pursuers. (Specter)

I can, after all, I had training in sniping and being a Sniper in training you have to move and not stay in one place even climbing becomes best way to move about, but I will need to stay in one place till they climb up so I can make my way down to make them get up for no reason and buy you more time best act fast there is only so many buildings I can move to before I am cornered. (Specter)

I will head down, leave those inside to me. (Jones)

Jones ran down and made his way over to the entrance, Specter started shooting firing at the one's in blind spots and flanked of the three minutmen pinned down, killing them with a headshot even though specter was aiming at the chest, specter had to fix the scope to make it hit what he is aiming after every shot.

Jones made his way around one block as Specter drew their attention to him, the three getting pinned down took the chance and two made their way inside and regrouped with the others inside as one stood back, he used the Laser and shot at the attackers with precision they got vaporized, as they ran to Specters building, Specter also snipped them as they shot back at Specter the bullets missed as they used pipe guns and not accurate at all and even running made it harder. Specter killed 6 people before they arrived at the entrance, one group made their way up as another kept distracting Specter making sure he does not go back down. Specter Shot a few more and then made his way over to the roof next to him for people its a high drop but to Specter he climbed down using the wall and made his way down safely, being in a blind spot blocking their view of fire. Specter made it to the next roof and moved behind a collapsed roof and used it as cover from the others making their way up the place he was as he fired at the one's below him again.

Killing another four as they made their way up the building again, Specter climbed up the wall and made his way to the next building this one does not have a door to get up and specter taking advantage of this shot the ones below on the rooftop he was just left with his pistol as they are too close to use the sniper, killing 8 of them there, Specter heard a gun charge and then released bullets like a storm followed by a huge Boom, as Specter looked over and seeing Jones in power armor with the still living Minuteman at the door guarding it following Jones into battle as he moved to cover His in his blind spots helping shooting the raiders. Specter killed the last one on the rooftop and moved back to sniping the ones on the ground shooting Jones, Specter spotted a Raiders sneaking up behind the Minuteman and shot him before he attacked the minutman he fell dead and landed on the poor man scared the shit out of him as he jumped and shook the Dead Raider off him as he got up and noticing je is already dead he continued shooting. Lasers do come from the balcony of the museum as the two minutemen and Preston Garvey rained lasers down.
