“I see. Then it’s good.”

As soon as Reiss told “I’ll be coming back for you early in the morning”, turning his back, he immediately left. It seems that they are accommodated somewhere nearby with the other messengers. He showed no signs of stopping and turning back.

The words we exchanged after a long time was just like that.

What an odd reunion it is.

I bit my lips silently and waited for him to disappear.

“Ne~e, Suu, are you angry?”

“…… I’m not angry.”

“If so, then are you sad?”

“I’m not sad.”

“Then…..”

“I’m not angry, I’m not sad! I’m always calm!”

As Reiss has already left, I return to making the jam I was doing while Urr is floating around me while working. It seemed that he was silently observing Reiss earlier.

Among the spirits, the water spirits are the most sensetive to human emotions. Especially Urr who seemed to be more sensetive and can always notice the changes in my heart, but I can’t help it.

The rumbling of the boiling pot really calms me down, as it has the same manner my heart is doing right now. While the pleasing water tail wiggling around me soothes little by little.

“Does the black head guy makes Suu’s mood bad?”

“Black head huh…..”

“If that’s so, the I hate that person. I hate those who’re mean to Suu! It’s alright Suu. If that guy does something to you, call me right away. I’ll drown him!”

“Th, that’s dangerous Urr….”

I reached out Urr’s paple blue fur and stroked it saying “Thanks anyway”.

Then I’ll have just to think of that person as a potato that I used to know!

“Un, somehow it made me feel better, it’s thanks to Urr.”

“If that’s so, I’m glad!”

Urr came close gliding on the air.

“But even if it doesn’t matter to Suu, I still hate that guy. Somehow while observing that guy, my nose was tingling.”

“Your nose was tingling?”

“Also my ears was buzzling, my fur stood up, even my tail was messed up! I can’t really say it but, unn, I felt something bad!”

“For a while now, you’ve been bad mouthing Urr…”

“Anyway, don’t get too close to that guy! Let’s go together to meet the Queen!”

While I was thinking of something…… The boiled jam was already done before I noticed it and proceeded to bottling it. It’ll harden later so I’ll bottle it while it’s still hot.

Tightening the cap with my full strength, done! While doing it with Urr, the doorbell once again rang.

For a while, did that potato forgot to tell something and returned? Still hesitating, I headed towards the door and hear familiar voices of two people.

It seems like there are a lot of guests today.
