234 BRIDGE OVER TROUBLED WATER 1 (1/2)

After cloud watching with Long Yue, Mu Lingxi descended down the hill. Looking around her, she realized that she was walking down the path that leads to the place where Long Fuzi almost confessed his feelings to her.

Well, recalling that situation indeed make her blush. But not because of anything romantic but more because of shame!!!!!

Thinking back at that suppose romantic night with Long Fuzi that ended up to be a total epic fail, Mu LIngxi almost wanted the ground to swallow her.

The place and atmosphere were almost perfect. An ideal romantic setting that is commonly portrayed in the books.

Even the pale glow of the moon is there to complete the scene. In fact, even the thousand brilliant diamonds in the sky were also present at that time.

But before Long Fuzi could even confess his love, her stupid digestive system gets on the way!!!!!

Who could be more unlucky than her when it comes to romance???

Why in the freaking earth of all the times that she can have constipation...

Why??? Why??? Why it has to be that time?????!!!

And so she gifted the world with a not so pleasant gas coming out from her that night.

While Long Fuzi was carrying her in his arms like how a groom carries his bride, Mu Lingxi farted!!!!

A damn freaking LOUD FART!!!!

What could be more embarrassing than that?????

It was at this time that Mu Lingxi realized that going back to this familiar place seemed to be not a good idea at all.

It was as if every corner of this place reminds her of everything embarrassing that she had done in her life.

Initially, this place gave her a nostalgic feeling.

But now,...

Oh, the heck!!!!

Never mind!!!

While Mu Lingxi was deep in her thought as she was reminiscing the old days, her feet never stop walking.

She also didn't realize that the sun already hides somewhere on the horizon and only the moon now is hanging in the sky.

It was just like exactly how the night looks like back then. Her romantic rendezvous with Long Fuzi. Their moment under the moon.

The moon shines on the trees around her and it produced a long and black shadow that clocked the ground.

Mu Lingxi walked past the arched stone bridge that runs over a small lotus pond. This was the same bridge in her memory.

It seemed that nothing change in this same old bridge. It remained like that for almost half a year. But the feelings that she felt before on that same bridge, did it also stays with her???

No??? Yes??? She too was unsure.

Koi fishes of different colors swam along with the lotus flowers in the small pond. This scenery is made more beautiful by the pale glow cast by the brilliant moon above.

Just as she was about to leave the place, she saw a figure moving on the other end of the bridge. Taking a closer look at who it was, she saw Yun Xue ascending to the steps of the arched stone bridge.

The bright full moon illuminated his face as he looked up in the sky. He had his arms behind his back and his eyes were closed.

As if he was trying to savor the moment and feel the breeze that touches his skin. He looks so distant and sad at the same time

”Why is he in sentimode right now??? Just by seeing him like that, make me sad... Haaiiixxtt!”

Mu Lingxi intends to go back to her room and let Yun Xue have the time of his life at the stone bridge but just as she was about to turn a sharp left, he heard Yun Xue's voice calling out for her name.
