Mu Lingxi beat her talkative cat into action. Poor little cat, Janus got another lump to be added in his collection.

She hates to admit it, but she thinks that all of these mishaps were all thanks to that birthmark. HAIXT!

Out from the running mob came a spear and it flew straight to Janus' direction. No one knew who releases that imposing spear but it was targeting the body of the black panther.

Yet to their astonishment, before the spear could pierce the body of the running panther, the master and cat duo vanishes before their eyes.

It was as if they disappeared in thin air!

The spear landed with a clang in the empty space where Mu Lingxi and her cat, Janus were last spotted.

The mob stared with wide eyes and mouth agape.

They wonder how did they manage to escape their eyes and even disappear just like that???

The mob dispersed and look around the area. Hoping to see their walking gold coins as soon as possible

On the contrary, Mu Lingxi was staring at the man who allegedly saves them, and her beautiful face was frowning.

It was the same guy who almost stole her ring!

Janus keeps on nudging his master but Mu Lingxi did not soften her feature.

She said as she raised her eyebrow. Perfectly portraying an image of a mean girl.

She was not sure why, but she doesn't like the vibe radiating with this guy. Maybe they were enemies in their past life???
