It was only this time that Mu Lingxi realized how hungry she was. She chose to set aside the loneliness churning in her heart since she understands that glooming over it won't do her any good.

The master and cat duo took a sprint towards the busy tavern. At its door hang a plaque saying 'IM HUNGRY', written in an artistic way.

”Hmmm... I bet the owner of the store put more effort into writing it rather than thinking the title itself.”

The tavern was like an 'eat-all-you-can' place. They have to pay 100 gold coins per head if they would like to eat. An additional 50 gold coins if they would like to stay for the night.

Mu Lingxi pays a total of 250 gold coins. Just enough for food for two and one room in one night. It was all thanks to Janus' wittiness. He manages to put a pile of gold coins in the storage ring when he took a 'casual visit' on the Mu clan's treasury.

Janus said while he was trying to gather the pile of gold coins inside the storage ring using his two cute little paws.

He even have the audacity to hum the tune of 'marry had a little lamb' while he was busy wiping the floor littered with gold coins.
