Chapter 93. Spring Festival break

”I am home!!”

Ren said as he entered his grandparents house. He was here to celebrate the Spring Festival with his whole family.

His grandparent's house was in a small town. He used to visit it often when he was in high school but now, he felt that it had been many years since he had come to this town.

The people were also giving him stange looks as he was wearing sunglasses when the weather was cloudy.

But Ren had no choice but to wear the sunglasses as he was very popular right now.

Due to him being on many music broadcast and Lin Ru's song still being on the first place in the music rankings, there was too much interest in him.

He didn't wanted to reveal his identity here and just spend the Spring Festival without any problems.

”Uncle, you are here!”

As soon as he entered the house, Ren was greeted with his older cousin's kids.

They were noisy and full of energy as usual.

”I am here, now can you stop swinging on my arm?”

Ren said while sighing as he looked at the 7 year old kid on his arm and the 5 year old kid on his other arm.

”I will not. It's fun and Uncle, did you bring the gifts?”

”Yeah, we have already spent our pocket money for this month.”

”I can't give you any gifts if you kept clinging to me.”

Ren said as he spoke in a strict tone. He had to maintain his authority around his nephews or he will get overwhelmed by them.

And his nephews were also quick to realise the situation and they quickly separated from him and snatched the gifts in his hands.

After that, Ren entered the living room and greeted him aunts, uncles and grandparents.

They were all very happy to see him especially after he had gotten popular.

”Mother, where's father and uncles?”

His mother and father had left early since Ren had to appear in some more interviews. That's why he had reached his grandparents house alone.

”They were out taking a walk. Your father mood was really good since your uncles kept prasing you.”

His mother said somewhat proudly. She was happy that Ren was finally getting the recognition he deserved.

”Yeah, our big brother is a star now.”

”When I told my friends about it in the school, they didn't believed in me and mocked me. Then, I showed a picture of you and they were all wide eyed.”

His younger male and female cousins said as they chimed in.

”Yeah, it looks like you are really getting big.”

His older cousin brother said as he came towards him.

”I am just doing what I can do. How's it going for you?”
