-19 Chapter 96: Lunch Box 2 (1/2)

It was around 10 o'clock in the morning when Yi Fei had a break from teaching.

Yi Fei opened her lunch box to eat the sandwiches and the salad inside. It was very delicious that Yi Fei ate her sandwiches while humming to Missing You by G-Dragon feat Kim Yoon Ah. It was evident that she was in a good mood.

Sometimes, Yi Fei wondered what she did to deserve such a caring boyfriend; if everything was real. Yi Fei never knew that she would be this lucky. So she made a mental reminder to learn to keep Wu Chen properly.

Yi Fei opened her Roronoa Zoro notebook and wrote a small reminder at the corner of the first page of her notebook. Her lips curled up when she reread the reminder she made.

One of the tiers of the lunch box was packed with sandwiches; thinking about how she could not possibly finish it all by herself, Yi Fei wanted to share it together with someone else.

Yi Fei remembered how Bai Jing Ting always gave her food. So, she decided to share the sandwiches with Bai Jing Ting. Yi Fei realised that Bai Jing Ting didn't give her any food for today so she a.s.sumed that Bai Jing Ting must have been busy to buy his breakfast.

With that in mind, Yi Fei took the lunch box with her and walked happily to the Bai Jing Ting's office.

When she reached the building where Bai Jing Ting's office was located, the place was eerily quiet. Usually, there should be some students on duty that walked around in Bai Jing Ting's office area to help him with some ch.o.r.es, but at the moment, the hallway was vacant.

The quietness of the hallway piqued her curiosity.

There were a lot of things going on in Yi Fei's mind. From the horror story that she was forced to watch by John, if the hallway of a school was quiet and empty, most probably the ghost will appear near the stairs. Take Ju-On for example.

If Yi Fei were to see the whole things from the comedy-drama she had watched all these years, the present situation where she was now could be a hidden camera prank; which she hated the most. Yi Fei didn't understand why people would prank other people and thought that it's funny.

The last perspective that was on Yi Fei's mind was love confession. Usually, in the Rom-Com drama she watched, when the hallway was empty and devoid of people, there could be a romantic event going on somewhere.

Out of all the things that were on her mind, Yi Fei opted for Rom-Com plot because the other two was either too scary or too annoying.

Yi Fei smiled to her thought and praised herself of how creative she was. So she walked slowly and silently while checking every corner of the hallway in case she could see and hear some exciting things.

Yi Fei could hear faint voices from Bai Jing Ting's office, so she walked closer. The closer she got, the clearer she heard of the voices. Bai Jing Ting was in a conversation with a female companion. Yi Fei thought nothing of it and continued walking until she reached the door.

”Can't you see that I'm the one who understands you the most? Why won't you love me when all I do is loving you?” It was Cheng Xiao Meng's voice.

Yi Fei knew that she was not supposed to eavesdrop on a private conversation like this, but she couldn't help it but get curious. Yi Fei had written her previous story by using Bai Jing Ting and Cheng Xiao Meng as her muse.
