Chapter 246 246 Meet Charlette (2/2)

”Good, it is easy to look after Tiana. She is a well-behaved girl and she was super excited to see our little sister.” Luke looked up from his sketch as he answered Cindy.

”Tiana was super happy that little sister is here. Tiana wanted to see her as soon as she could. Big Brother lifted Tiana up so that Tiana could see her. Tiana is being as quiet as possible so that she does not disturb little sister.” She picks up a pick crayon and continues to color the picture that she was working on.

Cindy walked over to Tiana to look at see what she was working on. ”You are doing a good job. What are you coloring?”

”Tiana is coloring a family picture. Everyone is so good to Tiana that she wants to give each on a picture. Big Brother said that he will give Tiana blank paper so that she can draw on it and give the pictures away.” She happily colored the page.

”I told Tiana that after she colors a bit I would ask Leo if we could have so paper from the printer. I am personally out of blank paper but there is always a need to have some for the printer but that is not mine and I would feel bad if I went into the office just to take some paper.” Luke glanced at Leo.

”If it is blank paper that you need  I will grab some. I will bring out a fresh stack that is still wrapped. I have no issues if you need more. I can always get more delivered or get it from work. I'll get the paper for you two after Kitty wakes up.” Leo moved the cradle gently back and forth as Charlette sleeps.

”Thank you, Leo. It doesn't have to be right now so later will work. I know that mother is tired but what if Charlette wakes up and you can not calm her down?” Luke continued to sketch while keeping his eye on the cradle.

Cindy smiled and went back to the couch. ”Charlette will need food and I will make sure that if it is not soiled diaper that she gets the food she needs and that means that I will wake up Kitty. Charlette will need to eat and there is nothing that we can do about it but get her the nutrients that she needs. Kitty will not mind being woken up to feed Charlette.”

Leo smiled and thought about all the milestones that come with the baby. ”There is a lot of work to be done but that is okay.”

Charlette opened her eyes weakly and tried to look towards the male voice. She didn't cry but moved her hands.

Leo saw the movement and then supported Charlette's head and picked her up. He gently rocked her in his arms. ”Hello, my little daughter. You rested for a short while. Do you need a diaper change or are you hungry again?” He checked the diaper strip and saw that she needed to be changed. ”I will be back in a moment.” He carried his daughter upstairs and laid her down on the changing table and the cold plastic made Charlette cry. Leo picked up Charlette right away.
